Mr.C agreed to stop by for furnace closet wet floor estimate on Oct 4. He said he is a long time professional like 17 years in biz. A day before visit (Oct 12), he backed out saying he is will not come in for the estimate. Since I had not mentioned about indoor hw repair, I told him he was 'rushing to conclusion' to dismiss my work (on furnace closet sub flooring) while I had other indoor hardwood repair/replace work also to look into. Then, he agreed to stop by as per plan. Everything went fine with the visit, he gave a quote on indoor hw replacement. He gave his opinion on furnace closet flooring. He explained my options. I was asking some questions on the quote later by text. Suddenly, he said he will not work on my quote and used most abusive foul language on me. I was a bit taken aback. I'm not sure if he was with good temperament at that time. But, I had been very patient and respectful all along. I felt I was trying to give some biz to Mr.C. He could have simple said he is not interested in working with me. Unfortunate. I sincerely wish he doesn't do this to another customer.

They did a fabulous job. Professional and knowledgeable, they had to restore old oak to match the new oak and lace it in where we installed additional hardwood- it looks great!

lhis is the second time I have hired these guys and am extremely pleased with their work. Nobody sands floors as flat and smooth as these guys. After finishing, you see NO divots....the floors are completely flat as if milled in a factory. Incredible!! If you want the best looking floors, these are the guys for you.

Great! Prior to us moving in Chris and Jerry were scheduled to install the new white oak floors, however at tear out of the old carpet they discovered high moisture levels in the subfloors. They even went into my crawlspace to determine the issue, and were able to reassure me that the underside was dry, the issue was that the home had been vacant and unheated for months. They recommended we wait to install till the moisture level decreased (after the furnace was on for a couple of weeks) they were very dilligent, and the biggest inconvenience was to them, their schedule got out of whack due to the 2 week delay. They installed the floors over a weekend to fit us in to their booked schedule. The floors were sealed and finished this past week, and they look beautiful.
