Arrived early as they said they might. There was a several hour window of time. Friendly and almost everything was very well done and I was satisfied. In the back of the house I said no clean up was necessary "on the ground" as there are shrubs around and it is my doggie yard mainly. After he left, when I went outside, I found leaf debris all over the railings on my deck and all in a pile on top of the tarp of a covered area for my dog when it rains. In the front some bushes by my front steps had a lot of leaf debris on them. These were "not" a major issue or reason for not calling on them again. They were merely a reason for not rating them excellent in all ways. Sometimes we all forget to do one last look around to see we have covered everything!

This place was great, particularly their customer service and follow-through. Our house needed the roof cleaned of moss and treated for the same. I also suspected that our gutters may have had a leak; at a minimum they needed cleaning. Marsha in sales did a great job throughout the entire process. She thoroughly explained what needed to be done and informed us that the technician would check first to see if our roof had anchor points installed for his safety lines. Once he was able to determine that there were anchors there, we set a time for the roof cleaning/treatment and gutter cleaning. I work on the road, and essentially all of the communication with the company was conducted by email in a very thorough, explicit fashion. The original appointment had to be rescheduled slightly due to rain, but on the day of service my wife told me that the tech showed up and let her know that he was there, and essentially she never even knew anything else until he was finished and let her know when he was leaving. After the service, Marsha sent an email with a detailed report of what the tech had done, along with before and after photos of our roof, taken by the tech, to show the service he had performed. Unfortunately I can't paste the photos here because they were all included as part of one .pdf file. Thankfully, no repair work was needed for our gutters. They were fully cleared of debris and the downspouts were cleared. Overall I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They are honest and efficient, and they were less expensive than other places we had bid our roof and downspouts to boot. We definitely would recommend them for anyone else looking for roof/downspout cleaning services.

I continue to experience the best customer service from Columbia Gutter Cleaning. The technician is always on time and does such a thorough job. He continues to go above and beyond. Even my yard seems to look better after he leaves. He takes his time and makes sure I am happy with all the work he has done. Twice he has reattached a section of gutter that was pulled away by a falling limb. Much more than I expected. I paid for a maintenance package that covers me for the entire year. They schedule maintenance with you for every season. I have a ton of big trees and this has more than taken care of my needs. I won't use anybody else.

It went perfectly. The company is awesome. On the initial call, it went to VM and I left a message with what I was looking to have done at my home. They called back the same day a little while later and asked me a couple questions about my home. She gave me a quote and I scheduled the service. The tech was on time, professional, and competent. It was a pleasure doing business with them and they will be seeing us twice a year now.

We were very pleased with the service. Chris showed up promptly, explained what he would be doing, took before and after pictures, and our roof looks better than it has for 18 years. He removed all debris, removed moss & applied moss treatment, cleaned the gutters and the roof, and did a great job in cleaning up any roof debris that ended up on the ground/deck. I highly recommend Columbia Gutter, and will be using them in the future.
