Roger was very cordial and responsive. He was also very patient. I initially called for a quote in November 2012, yet didn't get my gutters replaced until March 2013. He keep the same prices, regardless of potential material cost increase. Its hard to write anything substantive about my experience. I liked the price, they came one day when I was at work, when I returned home I had new gutters. So far the gutters look great and work great.

I felt their work was sloppy and incomplete. Not much care taken in performing their work as indicated by the following: 1) Put several holes in siding when pulling nails because no support was placed under the hammer 2) Broke a roof tile, after being replaced, left broken tile on roof( dangerous ), had to remove it myself 3) Did not caulk nail holes and broken siding as they went along , thus open holes exposed to moisture. After pointing this out, they caulked but missed one section, had to caulk this area myself. 4) Removed several roof tiles left them on ground for a couple of days exposing bare roof to weather, replaced the tiles myself to protect the roof from rain 5) When painting some downspouts, got paint on street in front of driveway, had to ask them to clean it up.

Roger worked me into his schedule and the crew called me about 30 minutes before they arrived to give me a chance to meet them at the job. They were punctual and professional. We walked through the job and they got right to work. It was done in about 30 minutes. The gutters looked great, the crew was great and overall I was extremely happy with the service I received.

We got 3 bids for this job and chose Citywide because of their price and previous reviews, plus they are local. Their crew showed up on time and they were quick and neat - they left the job site clean. We are pleased with the results so far. I would use and recommend Citywide Gutters.

What a great group to do business with. Roger showed up on time and prepared deatiled proposal for replacing some of our gutters. His price was well within out budget. He said it would be a couple weeks before they could get to our job and that was fine with us. He called later in the day and said because our project was rather small they could sqeeze us in hte next day by noon. Jacob and his crew showed up at 9am and proceeded to tear out the old and install the new. When they finished you couldn't even tell they were here except for the nice neew gutters. Great job guys and thank you!

and I highly recommend Citywide Custom Gutters. First they are a local company and that was something important to me. When they came out and did the quote, the experience was great. They were efficient, timely, friendly and gave good information beyond simply the price quote. The price quote had multiple options which were clear and easy to understand so there were no surprises. The job was done exactly as quoted and there were no extra charges. The work was done with very good quality, they finished on time and cleaned up like they weren't even there.

There were leaks in two areas after the installation, so I call them to come back for repair. It takes them couple of weeks, but they were eventually done. After the installation, the workers just left without any note, so I had to assume it was all completed. I wish that there is some kind of note or sign off.

I initially requested a "facia" style gutter. However, while they were installing it, I noticed it didn't fit correctly. They removed and used a different style gutter which did fit correctly at no additional charge. The men that did the work were both nice and they worked effectively. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

It was excellent. Roger Kruse, owner, came out and bid on the job and listened well to all the particular details I wanted. For example, where I had previously had only two downspouts for the entire roof, now I would have four. One was to be directed into a somewhat new French drain along one side of the house, and another had to be placed so it could be connected into a new rain garden system in the front of the house. Roger accommodated all my needs in his planning and the crew came out and did things as planned. They worked quickly and I think the whole job took about 2-2.5 hours. The C I gave for responsiveness relates to getting phone calls returned. Sometimes it took a couple of days or a second call so I'd say responsiveness is average, but everything else was exceptionally well done. The gutters look good and, after some recent rains, appear to work very well. I'm very happy with the work and highly recommend Citywide Custom Gutter.

Roger came out for an estimate promptly and provided a great price. His crew was a cool group of guys and seem to be hard workers. The thing that impressed me most, was that I called him just last week to report a corner of my gutter having a leak. He was at my home within a half hour inspecting the leak, and had his crew over two days later on a Saturday repairing the gutter! Now that's service!

Roger came as agreed to give me an estimate and suggested that I have the painters take down my old gutters rather than have his guys come to do that in a separate trip. He called and set up the day and time to replace the gutters and downspouts; I also had him add the gutter guards to keep out the debris. The crew showed up on time, installed the gutters quickly and efficiently and cleaned up before they left. Great job and on a hot, hot day, too.

I called Roger one day - and he came out the next day to give us an estimate. We weren't in a rush to get this relatively small job done - so we agreed that they could come out any time to complete the work. His crew came out the following week - and even cleaned out the gutters before they started. That was not part of the bid - so they went above and beyond our request. Great service - exceeded our expectations. We'd use Roger and his crew again without hesitation.

The thing I liked best was that they did what they said they were going to do.

We couldn't be more pleased with this company. They were competitive in price and a pleasure to work with. When our roofing schedule accelerated they found a way to fit us in! The owner came by several times during the day to make sure we were happy with the job and his crew. We would recommend Citywide Custom Gutters to anyone.

Three young lads came out and within an hour completed the job. Absolutely thrilled with the quality of product and installation. Great company!

The estimater sent out was very thorough and gave me a price for both the whole gutter job and just the missing gutters from the roof repair. I had them do it all around because some of the existing gutters were coming lose and some down spouts needed repair. They scheudled the job for the following week and started promptly at 7AM and were done just after noon the same day.

Gutters were scheduled to be installed June 9th at 9:00 am. Roger called and asked if we could change the appointment to Tuesday, June 8th at 12 noon. I was unavailable to be home at that time. But we both agreed that I didn't have to be there for the install. When I arrived home, my gutters were installed. They did a wonderful job. They cleaned up so well I didn't even know they were there. Roger called me the next day for payment. Other than not returning my one phone call, they were wonder and less money than the others I called.
