Description of Work: Replaced gutters, and some downspouts. Done exactly as I wanted with regards to placement of downspouts. Gutters fastened with stealth braces and sealed screws at every rafter. Factory finish matched my trim color very closely. Nicely done!

Description of Work: This is a good news, bad news review. Had them clean our second-story gutters and seal three drippy corners. They were prompt, courteous and they fixed the leaks. The bad news is that the front corner started dripping again this spring. Called them this month (June 2014) to see if they could come take a look at it, but haven't heard back from them.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time and told me that they would be able to get it all done in one day. They started about 8:00AM and were done by about 4:30PM. They did a great job of cleaning up the job site. The installation was done in a professional manner. I would definitely use them again in the future. They told me to call if I had any questions or if there were any problems.
Description of Work: Citywide Custom Gutter was referred to me by my roofing contractor. They came out to give me an estimate and listened to our requirements for the installation of the new gutters and downspouts. We wanted six inch steel gutters and wanted the color to match our new metal roof. The gutters were about 210 linear feet and approximately 180 linear feet of downspout on a two story house. We also had leaf catchers installed for each downspout to keep debris from getting into the drywell. They used hidden hangers with 2 inch screws that helps keep a clean look on the gutters.

+ 0 moreThere was a crew of 3 guys and the estimator came out as well and stayed. They did a very good job. I was generally pleased. It took them longer then I think they thought it would to finish the job. They cleaned up pretty well.
Description of Work: He came out and put in 276 ft of gutter. He also did almost $700 of soffit repair.

+ -1 moreThey were very clean and very fast. They arrived around 2:00 and were gone by 4:00. The area was left in good condition with very little disturbance. They waited for my inspection and acceptance of the job before taking payment, although I offered a deposit or pre-payment. They were indeed prompt, affordable, and courteous. I am so relieved to have this job done and very happy with the overall experience and cost!
Description of Work: I have a house built in 1964, and the last owners put in horrible do-it-yourself vinyl gutters. I was having the hardest time getting a quote for gutters only, and a hard time even getting estimators to come out. I was referred to Citywide by a gentleman I know that flips houses, and he said they would be prompt, affordable, and courteous. I called at 2:00 in the afternoon and the estimator came to my home that evening. (Not a fluke, he actually lives near my home in SE Portland.) By 6:30, I had a worst case scenario quote to replace all of my gutters for 882.60. They were able to install the next afternoon due to a delay on a construction job. My estimator(one of the owners) quoted wedges and flashing in case they were needed so I would not be surprised. Also included was waste removal of the old gutters. Luckily neither the wedges or the new flashing was needed. My final bill the following day was 645.00. My new gutters are lovely and I am very, very happy!

Description of Work: Citywide removed all the old gutters & downspouts from our 2 story house and installed new aluminum seamless gutters & downspouts, replaced a rotten fascia board, and added a piece of flashing in one place.

+ -1 moreRecommended to us by a private contractor. Came and did an estimate and said he would be out early next week. Never showed and never called to schedule a specific time. We were reluctant to use them anyways since the replacement gutters weren't going to match our existing gutters (not having all them replaced). I think he really didn't want the job because of that.

Description of Work: Downspout needed be relocated because of new patio. Two gutters that fed into downspout were replaced and configured so that one fed into the other.
