+ 0 moreExcellent. They stuck to the quote. The roof looks amazing and they fixed a lot of the issues the original roof had. They cleaned up all the nails, even using a machine with a magnet to pick up anything they missed. The team was fast and they worked on the hottest days of the year to make sure they were done on time. I can't say enough about this company.
Description of Work: They did a complete tear off, 7 new sheets of wood, fixed issues with original roof, and new roof with very latest style of shingle.

Description of Work: There have been a couple of projects that I have used CFM for. The first involved repairing and painting the outside of a very large barn. New siding and new barn doors were needed in addition to new coat of pain on the entire structure. The second was new roofing for a very old roof that also needed repairs.

+ -1 moreThey did exactly what they said they would do. I called him in the morning and he was out that afternoon. His pricing was very reasonable compared to others. There was no hick-ups along they way. They cleaned up after themselves and used a magnet to pick up any loose nails in the yard. The new roof looks really sharp and withstood the winter without any leaks. I decided to reach back out to him for some other work due to the first experience going so well. I would highly recommend him!
Description of Work: Tore off old roofing and installed all new roofing. Replaced six sheets of damaged plywood that a tree fell on as well.
