Worst company in the valley. I bought my house along with a home warranty. My HVAC broke three times in the first year and I was forced to use Young's because they were signed up with the warranty company. Despite three AC/Heating breaks and me having to pay three deductibles in the first year, Young's refused to file paperwork that would claim my HVAC needing replacing. I had to replace everything months after my home warranty expired. When I did, the better company I hired informed me how terrible my HVAC unit looked, and how obvious it would have been to anyone doing the repairs I paid Young's to do. They are the worst company in Walla Walla. To make matters worse, I agreed to a payment plan the last time I hired them... I agreed to pay in installments, but paid a lump sum ahead that put me well ahead of the required monthly payments... Young's got confused when I wasn't paying (even though I paid ahead). They didn't contact me at all. They sent me to collections. STAY AWAY. THE WORST BUSINESS IN WALLA WALLA AND THEY DESERVE TO BE BROKE.

Not good, verbal quote on the coil was $225, was charged over $425. They were over two hours late. Called Eric Young the owner, told him this was not the price for the coil and the service guy was late. He did not care about us as the customer to make it 100% correct to satisfy the customer. Eric tried to put the blame back on me I was told that you want me to pay for work we did your home. The reasonable solution was to not charge me for the coil and the labor since they were so late. Told me not going to happen. Plus this company is not accredited with the BBB. Watch out if you use this company.

Pleasant and professional technician. Arrived on time and braved the barking of our little dog who acts fierce with new comers but really loves everyone. The technician made extra effort to befriend dog and they became good friends. The technician took extra effort to locate a unique filter for our furnace. He left a comprehensive check list of items tested or evaluated. Made suggestions about things to watch for in wear and tear. The furnace is 24 years old and the air conditioner is18 years old. There is a one year warranty on parts and labor.

The employee dis not seem to know enough about swamp coolers and did cause slight damage to my roof
