Total Comfort Solutions was reliable, timely and easy to work with. They were upfront about their prices and helpful with their advise. We would hire them again.

The actual removal of the old HVAC system and installation of the new system was done quickly and efficiently. We are very, very pleased with the new equipment. Billing was sloppy and incorrectly done, as was their handling of the process for our Lennox rebate. It took me over a month of back and forth emails with Lennox to get it all straightened out and another couple of weeks to get the rebate.

Definitely a smooth operation. The two installers removed the old unit, installed the new one, tested it, cleaned up, gave me the product manuals and told me about unit operation.

The repair man was over an hour late, but he did a good, fast job and got our furnace working. The price was less than our previous repair bills by quite a bit, and it was fast, friendly service. Other than the late arrival, it was great!

Prior to install knowledgeable of options available, giving options on price and quality options. Staff kept us informed of progress durring removal of old and instal of new. Staff wokred late on Friday night to make sure it was installed and operational. Sight was clean when finalized. While I am not a furnace guy, it does not appear that shortcuts were taken. Owener was on sight periodically durring and after install to ensure installation was as needed and working properly. We have had the furnace for the past 5 months and are very satiesfied with the varialbe speed fan for quite operations and efficent heat distribution. Much better than 40 year old furnace removed. Owner suggested and assisted with Federal, Lennox and gas company rebates which offset a substancial portion of the purchase price.

Furnace was emitting an exhaust smell, so I called Total Comfort Solutions (TCS) and they had a technician out at our home with in the hour. I told the tech my concerns, exhaust smell, and he explained how the system worked and where the potential problem could be. As it turned out we had a cracked heat exchanger. With the high risk of Carbon Monoxide, we had no choice to shut of the furnace. TCS offered the use of 4 heaters, free of charge, until they could get our furnace installed. Two days later we had heat! The install guy did a great job and the finished product was clean and looked very professional! TCS is an all around great company. Their crew will let you watch and explain what is going on, the office was receptive to my needs and they handled all the manufacturers paper work, our home warranty paper work, our rebate paperwork, and the owner stop in a few days later to look over the final product and address any questions or concerns we had. Overall A+ Thanks Randy, Jason, Maureen, and Terry!

The work was completed in two days, which is the exact timeframe they had given me. I was really pleased with how well they cleaned up after themselves, and the work itself is of high quality.
