Description of Work: We had them blow in additional insulation into the attic and the insulation crew were professional and conscientious in their work.Then we had them replace 6 windows with new Ply Gem vinyl windows. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows. The installer crew was very professional and did a superb job which was very important to us as the installation counts for 50% of overall quality and finished result of the windows . This company is great and they were on time with what they told us. I highly recommend their work and the products they use (Ply Gem).

Description of Work: I called and asked to schedule someone to come out and give me an estimate for new windows. The receptionist explained someone would call me back to schedule a time. About a week later no one had called so I called again. This time they scheduled a time right away. Then, they called and cancelled and asked to reschedule, which I agreed to. Then they tried to cancel that appointment by leaving me a voicemail but because they couldn't reach me in person ended up keeping the appointment. Several weeks later I still had not received an estimate so I called them. The receptionist explained they were backed up and would talk to the guy doing it. A couple more weeks later I finally received it via email. I emailed them back with a few questions and never got a response. Two weeks later I emailed again and they apologized and said my email must have got sent to their spam folder. He answered my questions but when I replied to his answers and asked a new question I never got a response. So...I gave up. Why should I have to chase them down when I know others are more eager for my business?
