Description of Work: They do not respond to inquiries- by phone or in their store. They are rude and clearly are not looking for new business.

+ 0 moreWe had spa problems for several months. Spa would work for awhile, then would not reach desired temperature. The technician came to the house two or three times to try to diagnose the problem It turned out we needed a new electronic board. He ordered it and installed it and spa fixed. We needed a new spa cover. He measured and ordered it. Fits fine. I have used Prutsmans for over 25 years to service my pool and spa. Have had 2 vinyl liners installed by them. They also provide excellent water analysis and suggestions.
