Description of Work: North West Chimney swept my chimney primarily as maintenance. This 50 year old chimney (to my knowledge) had never been swept before and after burning a certain amount of slightly unseasoned wood this year, it was clear that creosote was building up in the chimney. The chimney cap was partially plugged with insect nests as well. The tech who performed the work was very thorough and professional. He spent a little over an hour sweeping and vacuuming. The chimney now performs much better than it did before. Secondarily N W Chimney was to quote re-lining this chimney and to date this has not happened.
