Corey was fast, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. He handled the job without demanding a contract or any unnecessary fanfare. In, on time, fast completion, and gone with a guarantee of effectiveness. I will use him again for pests and, in addition, his lawn care services.

I called on a Thursday night expecting to get an answering machine and would leave a message. An older man answered and I was told it was after hours so I said I'd call back in the morning. He was rude and said to give him the order. I again said I'd call later not liking what I heard, but he was very firm so I decided to give him my order. It was to spray my house and then come into the house and "seed" 3 rooms for ants with wings as they are coming into our bedrooms. My older sons were aware of this order and where at the house when the man arrived (I found out later it was the son).We have two dogs that bark when anyone different is around our house. The dogs were inside to protect them from the spray and keep them away from the man. My son knows he sprayed one side of the house as he looked out the window, but the remaining three sides didn't show any residual spraying. My son waited for him to knock so he could let him in to seed the house. This never happened. My son looked outside to see where he was and he was gone. Having left a bill in the screen door. The bill said he had been here 40 minutes. I had used them last year with good results and had watched the process from beginning to end and it took 25 minutes at the most. I do not know what he did with all his time. I called the office asking why they hadn't come inside the house and the older man again was rude and mad that I would question their services. He told me I had never placed an order for anything inside the house. This being not true I said so and told him I had requested this 3 times during our first conversation to make sure it didn't get overlooked. He began very mad and I asked to know what his son had done at my house for 40 minutes he said he didn't know because he wasn't there. I asked if he'd have him call me, this never happened. He called back and said his son had banged on our door many times and no one would come to the door. If he had even knocked once, our dogs would have been barking loudly and going for the door. My son said there was no knocking on the door and the dogs remained calm which tells us they never knocked loudly like I was told. His attitude towards me was very bad and told me they were not going to complete my order. So the services I ordered were not completed nor did they make it right. I never spoke to the son to really find out what he did to my house. I would recommend not using this company unless you can be there watching everything they do.
