 + -1 moreI called Ken when our on-demand hot water tank malfunctioned. As always he called back in a reasonable time that day. He actually came to the house to fix it that same day. I have used him for years and always receive prompt, knowledgeable, courteous service. It is nice to know the right plumber when you need him.
