We provide a fully staffed full time training facility for continued education for the more than 90 employees that make up the Right Now team. We provide professionally trained technicians with fully stocked trucks to make the repair as quickly as possible. We are so confident in our technician's abilities, that if your not 100% satisfied with the repair we will refund your money. For ease of convenience for method of payment we accept cash, check, credit card, and with an on staff finance manager we can assist in financing your repair or replacement quickly and easily from your home with approved credit. "Our thermostat died. My husband called early morning to request an quote for a replacement. Everything else is in working order on our system. He was told he would get a call back. 540pm rolls around and still no call back. Wife calls in and gets the receptionist who refuses to give any kind of quotes over the phone and finally after multiple requests responds that a service call is 89 plus the cost of the thermostat and re-wiring. Wife stated multiple times she wanted the exact same thermostat receptionist refused to give any other information other than stating we would be voiding any and all warranties if we attempted to replace it on our own or had another company do it. WORST customer service EVER. Besides being argumentative the receptionist was either unable or unwilling to give any kind of suggestions on what to do outside of sending a tech out. I spent $10,000 on my system 6 or 7 years ago and let me tell you I will NEVER EVER use this company again."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
