My brand new laptop computer was taken over by a malicious hacker. I went to Price Computers for the repair, and they suggested that since the computer was still very new, I should try first to see if the place where I bought it (Staples) would repair or exchange it at no cost. I didn't really think they would since it wasn't really a defect in the computer, but at the suggestion of Price Computers person, I took it back to Staples, and to my suprise Staples did repair the computer at no extra charge to me. So I give Kudos to both Price Computers for treating me so well (they made no money off me for that computer) and to Staples for prompt and friendly repair. I did take another, somewhat older, laptop PC to Price Computers to check, since I suspected that the same hacker had gotten into that one. Price computer technicians checked, found that indeed some maliciouos software had been installed, and repaired it at a very reasonable cost.
