 + -1 moreWe called to have a very large stump removed. He came over to give us a quote and performed the job right there on the spot. For three stumps - one was about 5 feet around, it was $200. Very cheap in the large scheme of things and he was friendly and professional.

 + -1 moreIt didn't. The company never returned my call so I looked elsewhere.
Description of Work: I called about a week ago and a lady answered the phone, "Hello." I apologized for dialing incorrectly she then told me I had reached Chip's company. She took my callback info but I never received a callback.

 + -1 moreI hired them to trim and also to remove lower limbs. He did a good job in performing jobs specifically asked. This is where I made my mistake. I thought they were also going to prune trees. That did not happen. These guys are good are removing limbs and stumps, raising canopty, etc---exactly as agreed. They are not arbonists and do not pay too much attention to aesthetics. My bad (assumption), not theirs. The price was quite reasonable. Promptness--you need to remind them to show up. Once here, they worked very very hard to get job done. I'm not unhappy with them---they did exactly what was agreed. Now, I have to hire someone to make trees look nice.
Description of Work: Remove one tree. Trim three trees so they clear my roof/house. Prune one tree. I did not realize until later that they only agreed to raise the canopy of the fifth tree, not prune.
