+ -1 moreEach time i have called of gone into the store I was not given any customer service whatsoever. I mentioned to the lady, after I had had several business inquiries/possible jobs for them this year, that I wished she was a bit more pleasant, so she hung up on me! She answers questions and the phone with a 'What do you want!' attitude and then isn't very nice. never a' How can I help you today?' or a " Thank you for your call" For this reason, I have always ended up using someone else, though the choices are limited here in Walla Walla and getting more so as folks retire. :/
