+ 0 morePaul listens, takes your ideas and makes them happen. Helps you keep to budget. Every change order is clear and comprehensive. He is honest, and his workmen are craftsmen. When they do it they do it right. Flexible and responsive. He is not the cheapest, but he is fair. And the work will be done right. This is the second job we have done with Paul. We have had four remodels over the years. All have gone well, but after we 'worked with Paul, we didn't even take bids from anyone else this last time.
Description of Work: Major remodel of home, remove hall, expand rooms, redo bathrooms, add extension, new flooring, new windows.

Clients who wish to explore higher levels of energy efficient and green practices will find that we keep up to date with the methodolgy and that our construction team possesses long experience in implementation.
We do not do housemoving. We do not install new foundations under existing homes that have only a crawlspace.
