Service great. Bookkeeping is really bad.
Description of Work: They did a very nice job. We wrote a check for services in full day services were provided. Too bad they have harassed us twice for payment. Despite sending copy of cancelled check. Bad bookkeeping. Choose someone else!

We are a small company, and don't have someone to answer the phone all the time - especially spring and fall ( busiest time of the year) - but we always have voicemail available. If customer doesn't want to leave a message, or text - then there is no other way for us to communicate. There was a time when phone company was working on something - i had several people tell me - they couldn't get a hold of me, they have fixed that within couple days. We also no longer have secondary 509 526-5446 (office number) available any more, and only use primary number 509 629-0009. I hope that this customer didn't only try office number - if that's the case - then that explains why he couldn't get a hold of me. If customer used my primary number, and couldn't get through to leave a voicemail - then i need to know about it, so i can talk to my phone provider. Regardless of the reason this happened - we would like to offer a 20% discount for this customer, for inconvenience, and hope that he can give us a chance to make it right. Extremely professional and thorough. Arrived promptly with all equipment and set to work immediately. Windows were immaculate! Alex (owner) was efficient. Our windows hadn't been cleaned for awhile and needed a lot of work. All screens were removed, cleaned, and replaced. Inside tracks of windows were vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned. Skylights were also cleaned throughly (we can no longer manager ladders, so this was a huge boon) The final result was an amazing transformation! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A+Sparkle for your window-cleaning needs! Alex is a true pro, did not waste any time, and was very pleasant and professional. We will definitely use his service again!
