I didn't see the result but this company has cleaned a number of times before we left our house and did an excellent job, even returning to get rid of a spot that had been missed.

For the most part it has been just fine. It is a small town and I don't think there is any other real business that can do that. I would grade them an B but not an A because there was some odd issues with a carpet that I didn't like. They probably should have cleaned and dried a little better.

Clean'nDry www.cleanndry.com provided false witness and provided inferior carpet cleaning services solely to take advantage of my family. I do not recommend this company to anyone and will make sure to go out of my way to let others know how they have treated my family. The owner Matt in conjunction with landlords will provide false witness to evidence damage claims to hurt families so that landlords can receive unjust damage amounts for repairs. His service is terrible and quality of work is not good. Please contact me so that I can tell you in great detail about how Clean'nDry takes advantage of people.

(Member name removed) so sorry about any misunderstanding on this job. We did clean for you and you were satisfied with the cleaning results. We did a follow up call after the cleaning, as we always do, to make sure that you were satisfied with our work. We received no request for reservice at that time. Your landlord asked us to testify that there were permanent pet spots remaining after the cleaning that couldn't be removed. We had cleaned prior to your tenancy and they weren't there. We simply signed an affidavit per her request that the carpet had permanent pet stains. That is the honest truth. The dog in the house while you were there urinated on the carpet and stained it so that it was permanently stained. I don't know how this amounts to inferior service, and we had no intention of taking advantage of you or anyone else. It would be really nice if you tried to resolve this issue with us, the provider, before you bad mouthed us over the internet. This is the first I have heard anything from you. Please accept our humblest apologies for any inadvertant damage to you or your family. Your statement of "providing false witness" is slander. We take our reputation VERY seriously and request you reconsider your words. Please govern yourself accordingly. We have been voted UB Best of the Best 8 times and have been referred over 1350 times. I assure you this has never happened before in our 15 year history of outstanding service.
