Description of Work: They redid my whole roof. He came one day himself but the next day one more person and they finished the job on the 2nd day. They took all my materials away except for a few items which was ok. I also provided a referral to another friend in town.

+ 0 moreOur house has an inverted roof that makes a V shape. It drains well during most of the year but does not do well in snowy weather. We have struggled with a leaky roof for most of the 20 yrs we have lived here. The traditional Torch-down roofing (3 layers of it!) was acting more like a sponge than anything else. Kevin Bergin was recommended to us by several local contractors as the guy who does flat roofs. He proposed putting a vinyl roofing system in place of the traditional roofing. I was skeptical but having tried everything else, we went ahead with this new roof. It is marvelous! We have been through 2 winters with no leaking and I no longer have to shovel snow off the roof. And it is under warranty for 15 years. Kevin and his crew showed up on time on the days they said they would. They cleaned up the area completely when done. Kevin was good about explaining the materials and how the roof would work. He is my roofing guy from now on.
Description of Work: Removal of 3 layers of existing roof. Replacing 3 sections of rotted plywood under old roof. Installation of 2" insulation over entire roof area. Installation of crickets in problem areas by chimney. Installation of TPO roofing system including flashings and metal edging.

Description of Work: Tar roof tear off of flat roof section and replaced with tpo roof. It was very fast professional and clean!
