I originally tried to call the local provider, but their auto system routed me to other cites. Once I discovered that they wanted to set up a contract for a year, I decided not to use them. When I notified "Jeff" of my decision, he hung up on me. I called back to confirm that I had been hung up on, I got "Jarvis" in another location and he gave me their pitch and the hard sell. Once again I explained that a contract wasn't what I was looking for and he was not happy. Later I got another call from "Maria," trying to push me to buy their contract, at which time I requested a supervisor and got "Briana." I explained once again that I did not want a contract and having told "Jarvis" that, I did not expect "Maria's" call to try again. At that point "Briana" tried again to sell me until I told her in no uncertain terms that I was not interested, and she backed off. I also told her that I did not want to be called again. The next day someone else called back and tried again to sell me the contract, I did not get her name, but told her to contact "Briana" for the details at which time she told me she had no idea who that was. I asked her how she got my number if she hadn't seen some sort of report which should have had "Briana's" comments, she did not explain and we ended the call.

My experience with them was good. They came on their appointment. They tried to find the root of the problem, and they did the best they could.

I have used this company before and everything went fine.
