Friendly Computers

I was there only about 30 minutes. When I downloaded Windows 10 I got the dread black screen. When I couldn't figure out on my own how to get past it, I took my lap top to them, and they brought my computer back to life! They also gave me a few hints to help my computer be faster - hints which I used and they worked! I want to put in the disclaimer that the zero cost was due to my being a past customer and the amount of time it took to fix my problem. In the past times I have taken a computer in they solved my problems and cheerfully taught me how to more effectively use my computer.

My friends at Friendly computer have helped me so much the past year bridge the gap, until I just finally got my new computer. So great to walk in and have someone you know right there to help you and not have to wait in line. You should definitely give it a try.

This is our third interaction with Friendly Computers and they have all been stellar. Our first was a broken IPAD that they tried hard to fix, but encountered issues that were unresolvable. They charged us only for the screen, and suggested that we contact APPLE for help, which we did, and my wife received a brand new IPAD at no charge. Aoubt 1 1/2 years later, my at home computer became very slow, worked partially, and was annoying. I called Friendly for at home service, and Sterling came out to help us. He successfully eliminated all the viruses and adware issues, installed AVG anti-virus on all three of our home/laptop computers. I didn't mind paying the bill, which included the AVG software. The service was so worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I am so pleased with their prompt level of service, the professionalism, their helpfulness, and willingness to come to our home if needed.

The computer would repeat many many times thee-mail messages and the gentleman did not stop it, He said it was coming from the Msn sres and I called them and they said it was not them. I called another computer service company and hey fixed it riht away. Do no use Friendsly again.

Friendly Computers staff were surly. Demanded payment up front. Broke the latches to my laptop battery. I picked up my computer and it did work better but still not well enough. I contacted HP and they were able to cheerfully and professionally fix my computer.

I took a computer that I had stored as having problems. They kept is for 3 days and could not duplicate the problem, did a couple of minor tune ups.

I was very happy with the service I received from them. I think they are very knowledgeable and prompt.

It was a great experience! My computer is so much better and I was never "talked down to". The work took about 1 1/2 dfays
