Description of Work: He worked through a really hot day on the roof without stopping cleaning off a bad case of moss. What came off the roof made a mess which he cleaned up. | |Before he left he said my roof is in good condition. He checked my chimneys giving me the ok on those also. Very nice man.

When I called, the appointment for the work was scheduled for a Saturday, but Justin ended up having time on Friday. He was on time and courteous. He replaced the step flashing and did a little water diversion work! Great Job! Great Company! Even sent a thank-you note for the business. Definitely would use them again.
Description of Work: In connection with the sale of our home, some gutter end caps were thought to be leaking but instead the gutter guy suggested that water was getting in the step flashing above the gutter and I should call a roofer.

+ 0 moreFABULOUS. Wednesday morning found skylight leaking copiously into tub. Was not able to call Travis until about 4pm. Call returned within 30 minutes. Apppointment made for 1pm today. Called me at 1215 that he was running early and could he come by sooner? (Oh Yes!). Pleasant, neat, personable, my dogs liked him (always a good sign). Travis explained things clearly, discussed possibilities. Upon inspection gave me a quote and went immediately to work. He had to remove the surrounding concrete tiles to inspect, found flashing clogged by 28 years of gunk (house purchased 6 months ago). Used his $25 Angie's discount coupon. Received 1 year warranty on work. Will definitely call him for any future roofing needs.
Description of Work: Inspected leaking bathroom skylight from inside and outside by removing tiles, inspecting, flashing. Cleaned out existing flashing, installed secondary flashing on up side to re-route more water.

Description of Work: Several roofing shingles came off my roof during a very nasty wind storm. I called several roofing companies for repair. None of the companies even returned my call. The next day, I decided to look at Angies List and decided on American West Roofing because the company had a good rating and was reasonably close to my house. I called American West Roofing and the phone was answered by Mr. Chapman who said he was on a job at the time. After explaining my situation he said he would be at my house in about 1.5 hours. He showed up a little before that, we talked about the problem (current cold and wet weather), agreed on a repair price and he went to work. He did not have quite enough of my color shingles so he left to get more shingles and returned within the hour and completed the job. I have a daylight basement house, the roof is rather steep and the repair was just below the peak. It was a very windy day.

+ 0 moreA house inspection that was done as part of a sale of the house required that this work be done. Travis at American West Roofing was very responsive and was available to work around the weather due to snow on the roof. He gave a phone estimate of the costs, and even though the final bill was $50 over his original estimate, I felt it was a fair price for the work done and the weather conditions.
Description of Work: An old skylight that was no longer applicable was removed, roof was patched, and new roofing was woven in to blend with existing roof. Also a new boot was installed to replace an old and damaged one around an existing plumbing vent pipe.

He told us that if we see any leak that he would come out to fix it, so, I would have to say the quality is pretty good. We would absolutely use him again in the future.

Description of Work: They added some wood up by the edge to help the leak and reroofed the roof. They were on time and stuck to the estimate and gave a three year guarentee. My parents were very pleased the with the man who did the work and would call him again if they needed anything roofed. Thank you for all the time it took and for being really nice.
