Description of Work: They cleaned the furnace and did some maintenance on it. Also they cleaned the gas water heater.

Description of Work: Installed new Trane high-efficiency furnace and air conditioning. They encountered unanticipated problems due to the age of our house and previous repairs by prior owners but they were patient, worked with us and did top- notch professional work. They explained what they were doing at every step. They are well- known and well-regarded in our community.
