Description of Work: They are understaffed and I felt bad for the one employee that cared, he knew they were not treating us right and held his job above his head. I would just avoid Vashon ( electrician's, contractors...ect) Do your research. We had to hire an electrician to come back and fix all the problems. Another 5k on top of what we paid them. Avoid them and Baconstruction (Joe Bacon).

+ -1 moreA baseboard heater in the guest room died just before the children and grandchild came to visit and Vashon Electric came quickly and replaced the heater within 2 days for a very reasonable price. The electrician was helpful, efficient, and personable as well as very professional.

Description of Work: Vashon Electric was first hired by my general contractor to perform all of the initial wiring for a new wing that was added on to our existing house. The job was not a simple one. The new wiring needed to be added to the existing building and the entire electrical box was upgraded. Vashon Electric also needed to make sure that we maintained electricity in the rest of the house while the job was being done. The staff are friendly, punctual and extremely professional. They acted as the go-between with the county inspector and kept their cool, even when some of the requests by the county seemed a bit excessive. After our general contractor finished his portion of the job, we kept Vashon Electric on to perform the finish work for our 2-story add-on (~1000 sq. ft. of living and garage space). They not only installed all electrical outlets, but also included cable for phone and internet and electrical requirements for a fire-sprinkler system and heat-exchange unit. The company also installed 7 in-room, electrical heaters. When one unit began to malfunction, even after many months, they came within a day and replaced the unit... no questions asked. We cannot say enough about this company. They were at our home for at least a 1-year span of time, performing all of the electrical aspects of a large-scale renovation. The value and charges seemed fair and we are thoroughly satisfied with their work.

+ -1 moreHe came out and gave us an estimate for the work. While installing the interlock we ran into some problems with running extra lines for a couple of rooms. They came right out on time and did the installations quickly. I was satisfied with their service.
Description of Work: Vashon Electric came out to repair some electrical things following some power outages. He installed an interlock.
