+ -1 morePascal Py did very good work. It's clear that he knows what he's doing. He was fast, he came in under budget, he's friendly and honest. I recommend him without reservation, and I will hire him again for remodeling, repair, or new construction. He's the first guy I'll call. Hire him, you'll like him AND be impressed. With Pascal, you also will have the opportunity of doing some of the work (assuming you have a basic carpentry skills), of working alongside him, lending a helping hand, etc., all of which makes the work go faster and reduces the eventual charge.
Description of Work: Pascal Py erected scaffolding, then removed the old shingles, the underlayment, the old nails and staples. He repaired 3 soft spots in the sub-roof plywood. He installed new (hi-tech) underlayment. Then he installed the new "architectural" shingles, taking special care around the 5 roof vents and especially taking care with the ridge. When he was done, he cleaned everything up, that is EVERYTHING, and then hauled it away. There was no trace of his having been here.
