While moving can be so stressful, this was a wonderful experience. Kind and humble guys. Punctual, hard working, careful, thoughtful, efficient.

We had an excellent experience with You Move Me, and our crew of Raul, Lance, and Jess. We were moving my mom into a small apartment from a large house. We had a complicated situation with some things tagged for goodwill, some things for my brother, and some things for her new place. They were fantastic about checking in on which things were going now, and which were staying for later. They also took terrific care with several heavy but fragile antiques that arrived in great condition. As a bonus, the move came in under the estimate. The estimate was already half the cost of competitors I contacted. All in all, I'm beyond thrilled. I've done local moves, and cross country moves, and this was the best experience I've ever had. A+

The move went really well. The movers were on time. They were efficient and friendly. Got the move done in less time than I was quoted. I would use them again, for sure.

We moved in May 2018. The You Move Me crew was super nice and professional. The consultation before the move was helpful and they were very responsive. The crew totally seems to know what they are doing and they were ready to help with as much or as little as we needed to have done. They moved all kinds of furniture and appliances without a problem. They carefully packed up pictures off the wall. They boxed up whatever we needed help boxing. They have wardrobe boxes to transport your hanging clothes if you want. They are very efficient, but careful too. We have hired movers several times before and these guys were the best by far- no comparison. Super pleasant to work with. Our house took 2 large trucks to move and they were reasonably priced for the work they did. We would hire again.

They came and gave me an estimate, which ended up being higher than the final bill. When does that ever happen? The crew arrived on time and were very efficient at loading. We packed ourselves. Great communication when they were on their way. Goods were stored on the truck at their facility overnight which they charged $150 for, which was reasonable. Truck delivery the next day was close to on time again with good communication. The unloading was less impressive, with one of the workers less careful about handling things and less concerned about nding ending up where they belonged and he was less cheerful, but there was only one box that had a few broken pieces inside, not bad at all, considering. They forgot to put the back on the sofa before they left but I was able to do that pretty easily. They moved a small hot tub with the load, which worried me but it was no big deal even though it was the toughest part of the job for the. For the price, I thought this went great. If I had hired one of the big moving companies, I would probably have paid double.

Crew showed up on time, worked hard the entire time, thoughtful and careful. Would definitely hire again.

Great! Asked for my regular moving guys & got one of them! They worked quickly and efficiently taking care to pad the doorways and protect the furniture. Placed in the rental home and moved it to the right place in the home! Always an outstanding job by these young men!

Guys showed up as scheduled. James and Jared were fast, efficient, and friendly. Really enjoyed working with them. The company definitely delivers on its promise. I would use them again if the need arose and highly recommend them to anyone needing competent moving assistance. GREAT guys to work with.

They were great! I asked they be done in the two hour time frame and they were.. Did a good job were courteous and wore booties in my home.. I would use them again

Prompt and on time. Came the day after I called to schedule the move. Kyle, William and Tim were pleasant young men who carefully removed furniture to the garage. Due to the icy conditions, they returned a day after we had scheduled the moved to return the furniture to the living room and to transfer a piano to my home from a family member's home. They did a great job and would have them again if I need any movers! Friendly and great attitudes.

The measure of a company is not just how do they routinely perform, but also how do they perform when things go wrong. Because things will go wrong, not during every transaction, but inevitably the best performing enterprise has a bad day. This is an honest account of how I was treated when my move went wrong. I hired You Move Me to unload a moving pod and pick up some furniture I had purchased locally. The first indication that things weren't going well was when one of the movers was puking in my new bathroom. He was ill and they tried to get a replacement mover as quickly as possible. In the meantime he soldiered on, I wish he hadn't. I think, being weak from puking as being sick, he dropped his end of my dining table, breaking it beyond repair. 16 years ago I paid $1200 dollars for that table along with 6 chairs. You Move Me's manager came the next week to survey the damage. He agreed it could not be repaired, and he said he would get back in touch with us. A couple of weeks later, after a reminder from us, he called to say he had a replacement. I asked where the replacement was coming from, could I see it. I was told it was from a furniture store that had gone out of business. I was not willing to accept a table sight unseen, so I asked how much he was paying for the table. I was told $200 dollars. I said I would rather have the cash and the manager agreed to refund that amount. 10 days later, after calling and reminding him, I did receive a credit on the same card I had used to pay the original bill. Overall the entire ordeal took just under a month (27 days). I think the timeframe is reasonable, however I feel my table was worth much more than $200 dollars. So judge for yourself.

Crew was on time, professional and very helpful. They put in the extra effort to be sure our belongings were carefully moved with no schratches or dings and were very careful not to damage or dirty either house. Highly recommend. Quinton and Matthew were our movers. They billed on an hourly rate in 15 minute increments. We went a little over our time, but Quinton was very conscientous about letting us know before they went over. Thanks guys!!!!

My only complaint with them at all was the price but I don't know that it's out of line with other people it just shocked me. Other than that they were courteous, they were prompt, they were just fine.

My husband is injured, so we couldn't move ourselves. Previously we had rented a UHaul and hired a couple of guys to help, this time my husband felt like maybe it would be worth the extra money to hire the whole thing done. To be honest, I was concerned that it wouldn't be worth the extra money, boy was I wrong! We had 3 guys, Kyle, Kyle & Ezekial, and they were fantastic! They were on time, professional and friendly. You could tell they had experience and knew how to get things done. Our move couldn't have gone any smoother and I barely did any actual moving. I directed traffic and told them what would stay and go and then where to put it when we got to the new place. These guys are on top of it and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Well worth the additional money!

I spoke with provider and they agreed to moving us at the $450.00 coupon rate and two days before my move they let me know that they could not move me at that price and tried to give me additional fees even after I spoke with them and they agreed to move me at the coupon price. It has been the biggest inconvenience and now I have 2 days to find a company to move me. This company does not honor their words or their coupons. They were very rude.

Seriously great service! Isaak and Tim (#2) did a local move for us this past week. Making an appointment was super easy over the phone. They confirmed the move date and time a day prior and reconfirmed on the day. Isaak and Tim (#2) showed up on time, saw what needed to be moved and went about protecting door jams, doors, furniture, etc. Both guys were very professional, helpful and pleasant :) I HIGHLY recommend You Move Me! We had an excellent experience with Tyke, Quinton and Dave. They moved our storage to our home efficiently and carefully. We were impressed by how quick they were able to get everything to us and by how polite they were. I would recommend You Move Me, especially Tyke's crew, to anyone looking for help moving.

We've been involved in several moves lately, and this group was exceptionally professional and customer oriented. They communicated status, showed up on schedule, they made sure we were all clear on needs and agreements, and they came in under budget. From the start it was clear that they were not just fulfilling a job/contract, but they were working for us to do what we needed.

We weren't moving but needed to put our belongings in storage for a remodel and then move them back in when the remodel was complete. The corporate team scheduled us and the local team showed up right on time and finished early. We had a minor complication due to a big, heavy piece of furniture that needed to be moved out through fairly small door. That was the most complex portion of the move - both in and out. We are very satisfied with the service we received and recommend this team.

It was wonderful. I ended up helping them to do the move. I told them I wanted it done in a specific amount of time and I think if they did it on their own they would have gone past that time and that would have resulted in extra charges. I did about half the work and they did provide the truck and they did help. I know they would have done the whole thing solo but I just did not want to pay for the extra time. They told me upfront what the cost would be and they stuck to that cost. They did get lost but they did not charge for the extra time in regards to that. We used the movers for the heavy items basically.

I have never used movers before, and cant believe I have waited this long. It is definitely worth the money. The movers were prompt brought me a beverage and worked quickly and efficiently.

I could not be more pleased with our 10/3/15 moving crew of Quinten, , Corey and Tanner. All three were polite, careful, speedy, and efficient. NICE JOB GUYS!!! Without reservation, I would recommend You Move Me to others.
