Description of Work: Xtra Touch cleaned all our carpeting throughout the house - about 1500 square feet and did two spot treatments for pet stains.

The technicians are very prompt, provided me with estimates, did the work that was said would be done, and explained what was needed. The owner even cared enough to come out the green cleaning class that I was doing once! I’m happy with their services!

+ -1 moreThey are very knowledgeable with what they do. They have done an excellent job cleaning the carpets. My only complaint was a that it was a little difficult getting them to follow through on a few things.
Description of Work: We purchased a contract with them to do carpet cleaned periodically throughout the year. The office is 5400 square feet. I paid for an entire years worth of service.
