Description of Work: We paid 2100.00 deposit to this company and were then led through a series of quite disturbing and threatening emails when we refused to pick up AND PAY for more materials when no work had been started. Start date kept changing due to one worker being "alcoholic", two workers being busy on other jobs, the owner being ill, and the wife actually writing emails explaining that poor communciation was her fault. Bottom line is that we actually gave up the deposit, refused to let him start the work, and had the locks changed on our doors because we had already supplied the keys and his emails had a threatening tone. Worst experience ever. We should have look up this contractor on the Oregon licensing Board website where we would have seen numerous complaints. We engaged another tile person who was a dream to work with and did not threaten us, lie to us, or ignore us. Check history on this company and check it well.

 + -1 moreI was very pleased with every aspect of the job. They explained all options and parts of the windows and work to be perforned. Were on time, worked neatly,cleaned up after themselves. Made carpentry modifications to insure proper look and operation. I was impressed with the personal attention, they were concerned with our needs not just getting the job done and making money. They Inspected them thoroughly upon completion and called twice later to check on our satisfaction.
Description of Work: West Coast Home Improvements raplaced 7 windows in our home with energy efficient windows.
