I was able to schedule an appointment for the day after I called. James arrived on time, and well-prepared. He surveyed the property inside and out, and asked a few questions. James came out to my property and took thorough stock of the land and buildings that came with it. He was pleasant and professional. He took copious notes and measurements, took my check for $400.00, and returned to his office. A few weeks later he contacted my Realtor and told her that I had a unique piece of property, and that he could not find anything to compare it to. Thus, he would not try to pin a specific value on it, and since he couldn't complete his assignment, would not be cashing the check. Which he didn't. I was impressed with his honesty and integrity.
