Description of Work: Don't waste your time or money. Called 3/2016 for a consult to have sprinkler system redone. Didn't show up until mid-April, told us to locate the station sprinkler box. Said if we can't find it, he would rent a machine for $200 to find it. Told him to do so. They didn't come out until 5/2016. Took a half day off work, thinking that would be adequate, however they spent 6 hrs here, told us they wouldn't be able to do any work for us until August. Never ended up giving us a bid, then had the audacity to send a bill for over $400. When they finally realized that they had held us hostage thru the Spring, 2016, only to find out they couldn't have done the work even if they were competent enough to do so, they lowered the bill to $289. Here's a question- who charges a potential client for a bid???

Description of Work: I had gotten several estimates for repair of our front yard sprinklers and install new sprinklers in our back yard. I called Water Rite and Tim the owner came out the following day and gave me a bid and explained exactly how the job would be done. He stated the job would be done to our satisfaction before payment was due. That was refreshing to hear. He fixed a broken pipe and added new sprinkler heads in our front yard. He put in a new sprinkler system in our back yard. His professional and prompt employees arrived on time and the job was finished in two days as promised. I asked him if his men could also plant a couple trees for us which they did and was much appreciated. Each day they arrived on time, worked hard, and left the job site clean. They were also polite and friendly. Our sprinklers needed a little adjusting afterwards and Tim came over and fixed them promptly. We were very happy with the job done and the value we received. Description of Work: Water-rite came to the rescue at my last home after I had tried two other landscape/yard services and was left with a soggy, weed infested lawn up near Prune Hill Camas dispite paying for deluxe monthly service. Used them from 2009 through the time i sold my house last summer for mowing, irrigation, tree planting, removal, and help with the water features I inherited (royal pain due to upkeep and utility cost). Tim is always very generous with his time and ideas, balancing cost, need, and desire. So it was a no brainer to use this company when I build my new custom home the past seven months; moving in last year end. I already had the excavator bring in 1500 yards of fill for the area under the home foundation (compacted under the supervision of an eng and the city). But the remaining area on the 11,800 lot needed a lot of help since it sloped down from one side to the other and from the foundation down to the back. Tim came up with a plan for a two tier back and left side yard and we agreed to do a no grass design.. Four truckloads plus of giant rocks later and , I have a one of a kind landscape design that incorporates lots of trees and plants chosen by an independent landscape designer. The before and after is unbelievable. There was one little catch after the recent torrential rain; there was more runoff from the neighbor's yard than anticipated so Tim came up with a dry creek in the back which is just about completed. His team was right on it as opposed to my past experience where the yard might float away first. Last but not least, this company went above and beyond in working with the concrete (weather delays) and fence contractors (no good reason delays : ) which I really appreciate!

Description of Work: New owner of a 12 year old house (and sprinkler system) and I wanted to have the system checked out. It seemed that there might have been a leak in zone one, and there appeared to be a zone I couldn't find.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Thorsen on a Saturday morning. He was able to make a house call within a short time. He fixed my lawn irrigation system which had been leaking for quite a while without my knowledge. He checked out the rest of the system to make sure it was working efficiently. He also went the extra mile, capping a sprinkler head that I no longer needed.

Description of Work: Landscaping, front and back. French drain, stone wall, sprinkler system, sod, plants, etc.

Description of Work: I had one zone that was not working, Tim came out artisan and looked at the problem, He thought the problem was in old clock. But, did not rule out other possible problems like a cylinder. He gave me two estimates, one with fixing cylinder and one with just the clock. Luckily for me all I need was a new clock and new sprinkler heads. I appreciated Tim's approach to the solving my problem and was very happy with how quickly and professionally he got the work done.

Description of Work: QUOTED ME A PRICE FOR IRRIGATION SYSTEM LEAK. THEY FOUND MORE PROBLEMS AND DID NOT INCREASE THE FINAL BILL. GAVE A SENIOR DISCOUNT.

Description of Work: THIS IS A MONTHLY SERVICE, AND COST ABOVE REFLECTS PER MONTH FEE. THIS COMPANY MOWS, BAGS, EDGES, FERTILIZES, PRUNES, AERATES AND MAINTAINS THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM OF OUR HOME.

Description of Work: WATER-RITE INSTALLED A SPRINKLER SYSTEM ALONG WITH LEVELING THE YARD WITH TOP SOIL AND INSTALLING NEW SOD.

Description of Work: INITIAL WEEDING, GARDENING AND FERTILIZING OF FRONT AND BACK YARD OF A RECENTLY PURCHASED 10 YEAR OLD HOME. RE-CONFIGURATION OF SPRINKLERS, RE-FILLING ROCK BORDERS IN FRONT, SIDE AND BACK YARD, AND PLANTING 8 TREES IN BACKYARD.

Description of Work: WATER RITE TRIMMED AND PRUNED ALL OF OUR TREES (INCLUDING AN APPLE FRUIT TREE) AND BUSHES WHICH WERE GETTING OVERGROWN IN OUR YARD.
