Description of Work: I called for and estimate and they were out the next morning. We set a date to do a complete tear off and reroof. They showed up on time to start the job. They tore into more than they or we expected . We got an immediated estimate for the additional work needed. It was fair and reasonable. The team worked late the first day to prep for the extra work and do as much as they could. In the end it was still a two day job and they made RIGHT what was done wrong. They did a great job, cleaned everything up and left it better than before. I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs a roof done.

Description of Work: Our house is 20 yrs old with a concrete tile roof. Warner inspected and replaced damaged tiles, installed new metal/flashing @ chimneys and ridgecap, and installed styrofoam panels beneath existing tiles around perimeter of the roof. 2 workers performed these duties over 1.5 days----punctual, professional, and competent. would recommend them to others and wouldn't hesitate to call them in future should the need arise. The roof work was performed on Vancouver residence.
