We got bids from 3 companies and we chose Warner Roofing. They did a very thorough investigation to give us an accurate bid, and it was right about the middle of the ones that we received. They did a really good job. They were very prompt and professional, and cleaned up completely after themselves. So far, the work that they did has been holding. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

The quality of work was excellent and the crew was good about cleaning up materials. It was on-time and with no financial surprises. We would definitely use Warner again.

Work was scheduled and completed on time. They fixed a problem we have had with the roof since we purchased the house. They cleaned up after their work and left no mess. Efficent and professional work manship.

Of the six bids solicited, three came out. Warner's bid was cheaper than one for a complete tear-off and only about two hundred dollars more than the other bid which was merely a re-roof over existing shingles. He was prompt in submitting the bid and there were not any "surprise" add-ons. He gave us several options. We decided to have zinc strips added on all the peaks and opted for a solar powered attic fan which was not on the option list, but he was able to procure and install at a competitive price. There was an issue with the debris dumpster being left at our property overnight, but he was able to resolve it by doing the tear-off one day, removing the dumpster, and finishing the job the next day. His workers were fast and efficient. All the vent caps were replaced which I had not anticipated but was very happy with. The zinc strips were laid on either side of the peaks, essentialy doubling the coverage area and giving the roof a very clean, professional look. What this all demonstrated to me was that Warner Roofing is a professional, comprehensive qualifty roofing contractor. For the bid price I thought they might skimp, but actually they added value that I had not anticipated. Therefore, it is without hesitation, that I would recommend WARNER ROOFING to anybody that needed a qualtiy roofing job. Oh yeah, they also left a bundle and a half of additional shingles in case there was a need for repair due to wind damage or falling debris. Their work is warranteed, and the additional materials makes it very easy for them to come out and do the job with materails that match the original install, and if anybody reading this needs an electrical contractor, Mike Warner's brother Larry of Absolute Electric is of the same qaulity and professionalism.

I called Warner about a year and a half ago to replace my roof after the big wind storm of 2006. I had just bought the house a few months earlier and the shingles all blew off. What a nightmare. I had recognized the name Warner and went with them after they came in right down the middle with their estimate. The wait list was pretty long because I imagine it was very busy for all roofers at that time. I jumped to the front of the line a month later because I started to develop some leaks in the attic. Mike personally installed a tarp to prevent further leaking and got started first thing the next week. The roof has been through several seasons and still looks fantastic. I also called him last winter because of a leak that turned out to be failing caulk around the window. He did not charge.

They were slow in responding but their quality was good. Once we got the work scheduled, they did a good job on installing the roofing paper and tiles. They broke a few tiles but replaced them. They also did a good job installing the cap tape. They worked quickly once they got started and worked well around the rain schedule.

The first impression of a company is always the most important. Mike Warner, the owner, arrived for the estimate 15 minutes early - I love that. His bid came in slightly higher than the other, but his punctuality and the extreme professionalism of his staff made it an easy choice. When it came time to do the work his crew arrived 15 mintuets early - imagine that. They had the roof stripped off in an hour and the entire job done by 2 pm. They started at 8 am.

Great, we will most likely hire this company to replace our roof.

Overall everything went well. The work was done 3 weeks later than originally scheduled due to ''bad weather'' but it was still done in the summer as I had wanted. It looks like the roof in installed well, time will tell. The yard was picked up. When there was a leak behind the gutter Mike came out and fixed it even though it was because the gutter was incorrectly installed and was not the roof.

Mike was very professional, he showed up early and took his time to really look at the roof. He recommended re-roofing a section of the house to solve a leaking problem. He explained that our roofing wasn't made anymore and he would do his best to match up another product. I chose not to do this extensive of a repair, however, and I may be sorry later.

This company was so professional and honest. I would have them back in a heartbeat. The owner came out measured and had a bid in the mail 3 days later. Set us up on a schedule within 3 weeks and the job was complete within 2 days. They came..worked and cleaned every speck of materials and hauled them all away. I was so pleased with the work. I wished all the contractors we work with was as professional as they were.

He was not pushy during the sell and very nice to deal with. He was hardworking, and the roof turned out very nice.
