I contacted Warner Roofing for a quote on my roof replacement and was very surprised at how reasonable they were and how knowledgeable they were on the products. I chose a roof shingle that would not have worked on my home andthey explained why. They directed me to what would work and it saved me on cost. Warner Roofing had their crew arrive and started demo with speed and professionalism. They tore off the roof, gable boards and gutters very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The replacement items were installed and clean up was great. The workers were very friendly and acted professionally. I have dealt with many subcontractors in my career and Warner Roofing exceeded my expectations.

I called after we noticed a leak on our ceiling. I spoke with a very polite and helpful receptionist. She took my information and suggested that it might be a week before someone could come out to look at our roof, it was Tuesday and Thursday was Thanksgiving. She called back to schedule someone to come look at it on Wednesday which was such a relief. Mike was right on time, checked out the leak and the roof and explained the problem. He was knowledgeable and thorough and honest. We received a quote by email and in the mail the following Monday. We are so impressed with their professionalism and would hire them in a heartbeat to complete the repair when the time is right.

Mike Warner is patient and thorough. His large crew installed our roof by 4 pm on the same day they arrived around 8 am. Mike came back and double-checked their work a few days later. I was also impressed with the cleanup. They did a very thorough clean up, considering what a mess it was taking off the old roof and replacing it.. We got three bids, and we are so glad we chose Warner Roofing.

Responded next day to my request for an inspection and quote. The workers came on the date scheduled. Work was performed in two days as scheduled. Very complete clean-up each day before the crew left. The crew were polite, unobtrusive, and professional. We were very pleased with the job done and would not hesitate to hire this company again or to recommend them to friends.

Mike Warner the owner of the company told me it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they could get to my house.Two days later Kathyfrom the Warner office called and informed me they would do the job starting Thursday 12th of July and they would probibly finishthe job the next day Friday 13th.The 5 man crew arrived at about 8 AM,striped the entire roof and installed the 15 lb felt in less than 3 hours.An hour later they rerturned from lunch break and installed the complete roof and clean up before 4 PM.It was a very hot day,80 degrees or better but this crew performed with skill and effieciency I could not believe if I had not witnessed it myself.I can not say enough positives about this crew who worked as a team with out wasting any montions. Terrific. A huge crew arrived on the appointed time with Mike Warner & completed in 32 days. Mike even came out & took 2 old shingles off so I could get a warranty claim against the old shingle company of over $8000.00.

They say confession is good for the soul so I will just say upfront they we re-roofed our home ourself this past summer with help from friends. Unfortunately we discovered some major leaking after our last few rainstorms that appeared to originate from our skylight. Thats when we signed up for Angies List and found Warner Roofing. A frantic call to them and Renna scheduled a time for Mike to come over and see what the problem was. Mike was quick to come out to give us an estimate and schedule the job. Renna was a delight to work with in regards to the paperwork and payment. The workers were able to start on the job earlier than anticipated which made my day much easier - Got to LOVE that. I asked one of the workers to check up in our attic area to see if there might be anything else going on. He found tiny watermarks so he inspected the vents on the roof and found that they had not been installed correctly, which was causing tiny amounts of rain to seep in on a hard rain. He put his findings on their work order and said they would let Mike know so he can give us an estimate to fix them. The price they charged to fix our leaking skylight seemed very reasonable for the amount of work that they had to do. And they made sure the yard was free of any debre before they left. We will definitely be using them as needed in the future and recommend them.

They were professional & their work was economical. They owner of the company had come by 4 times by the 2nd day to supervise & inspect. In fact, he also came by to do the final inspection. They were very quick providing an estimate & gave a wide variety of product selection. About 60 days after the installation we had a concern & someone came out right away, assessed the issue, & fixed it immediately. When they were done, I only found one tiny bit of underlayment & 3 nails on the property - They obviously cleaned up after themselves very well! Not only did they clean up but they even came out & blew off the deck!

1st morning, early a.m. they set-up protective plywood before their dumpster was delivered. Then a large crew arrived like a swat team and had the entire roof stripped and covered with new tar paper in one day. Shingles were placed the next day. The company's owner returned to insure site was clean, and inspect all work the third day. Later at my request, a workman returned to do some touch-up painting on the underside of an eve. Extremely satisfied, the only thing I'd recommend, is that you have the crew double check to remove all debris in gutters. While I found a few rusting nails and staples in my gutters, that was the only item I could consider dinging them on. You get what you pay for, and this was an excellent job.

We had bids from 2 companies that had good ratings. My husband was impressed with the time that Warner Roofing spent explaining the issues with our current roof and how these would be resolved. This is what swayed our decision to select them. They gave us various options that included a less expensive alternative of roofing over the existing roof. There was no pressure to go with the more expensive tear off or to select additional options. We did go for the complete tear off and gutter replacement. The written bid clearly identified necessary and optional items and the cost of each. This made it easy to add or remove options and keep track of the cost so there were no surprises. The crew showed up promptly as scheduled and finished by the end of the day with the roofing part of the job. During the tear off, very litte debris fell into the yard which was amazing to me. At the end of the job, our yard and sidewalks were left cleaner than when they started. Sunrise Gutters came out a couple days later as scheduled. They also arrived and finished the job on time. A few days laters when it rained, we discovered an issue with one of the sections not draining where our roofline is not level (not surprising since it is a 60+ year old house). We've had several days of heavy rain since then and no more problems. I wouldn't let this minor problem detract from the rating. What counts is they stood behind their work and quickly resolved the issue.

Mike Warner gave us a fair estimate and did not try to sell us things we didn't need (such as new gutters). He encouraged us and assisted us in preparing a warranty claim on our old roof. His crew arrived promptly and the job was finished in one day, just as we were told. The office manager was very helpful and pleasant. Mr. Warner and crew were very professional and conscientious. Neighbors have been asking for his business card! We are very happy we chose Warner Roofing.

Prompt and professional throughout the entire process. Had a crew of six who came on time and worked diligently for three days. Owner, Mike Warner was on site part time daily, supervising as needed. They were very neat, laying down tarps at the start with thorough clean up at end of each work day that included rolling a large magnet to pick up loose nails on the driveway. Carefully removed and replaced deck awnings and satellite dish to original spots without associated damage/incident. I am very happy with the result - a great looking roof that was professionally installed as promised with great attention to detail.

Mike Warner and his team showed up on time and started right in. They protected my shrubs and yard. THey cleaned up my yard before they left. A B&L inspector said they did a good job.

The roof looks great. Only small problem was a stain on the hall ceiling made when installing a new skylight. The company responded right away and a painter was sent over and the ceiling repainted. I recommend Warner Roofing with no hesitation.

We needed quite a lot of roof repair from fir boughs falling on our roof during a brief storm. I picked this company's name from Angie's List and because it was in Vancouver rather than Portland, and we like to support local businesses. Mike Warner gave us a bid on the repairs that was very detailed compared to another estimate we received. We also asked for an estimate on a new roof as ours was 21 years old. His estimate was nearly $2000 less than the other company and we decided to go with the new roof. His four employees arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. When the work was done we were very pleased to see that there was not one piece of roof debris or litter to be found. Two neighbors watched the work and the finished product and both asked for the name of the company as they did such a nice job. Renna, the Office Manager was also very helpful on the phone and everything that was scheduled was done on time and for the price agreed upon. We would definitely recommend this company.

Warner Roofing had done a number of jobs in our neighborhood the last couple of years and our neighbors were delighted with the professionalism and the end result. We were at the point of needing a new roof as our orinal roof of 19 years was starting to slowly lose more and more shingles. Called Warner Roofing after looking at their Angie's List info/ratings and listening to our neighbors. Mike Warner came over and we told him to give us an estimate with a tear-off and a roof over original job. We also wanted a solar tube like skylight added to illuminate our dark hallway and two new skylights to replace the two original We ended up picking the middle price shingle(Pabco) with an architectural look, doing the roof over original and added the shingle trim pieces over the fascia boards where there were no rain gutters. Needless to say, the end result is spectacular. The whole job was done in one day(he had about 8 people here working) and they were all very professional. At the end of the day, the crews clean-up was unbelieveable, there was not a piece of debris to be found on the grounds. Mike came back 2 days later to inspect the job and go up on the roof to paint all the new exposed flashing and vent stacks a flat black paint. The house has gained !00% in curb appeal!! I commend Mike, Renna his Office Manager and his roofing crew for their professionalism and in making our re-roofing experience stressless and painless.

I spent $1466 on that job including the skylight. I like them because they seemed really honest. Our roof is 18 years old and they could have told us that we needed a new roof. We had a leak and they found the problem right away. They also observed that the skylight was not installed properly. They did charge us a little more but was pretty reasonable. They were really responsive. They did give us a quote of $10,000 for a new roof but told us that our roof had a few years left and I thought that was really honest.

They seemed pretty competent and seemed quite thorough. The clean up was very good. They did what they said they would do and they were attentive to detail. They were pretty good.

They were looking at the roof of a house I was considering buying. The roof looked like it might be rotting, so I had them out to look at it. They found out that there were three layers of shingles in one area. There was one area that needed plywood to be replaced.

I would say they did quality work and they were very good about communicating. It took a little bit longer to get parts in because we had a skylight that needed to be replaced and that had to be ordered, which wasn't any fault of their own. They were clean and cleaned up their debris. They were mindful because we had a dog and they let us know if they were going to be in the back yard. They kept their word, did what they said they would do and I would say they had integrity. It was expensive to have it done.

Mr Warner ;came over and looked at the roof and then submitted a bid. We liked his knowledge about the roof and also his personality. We received 2 other bids so we felt good about the cost. We would go with Warners again and recomend to our friends.

He did the job when we were out of town on an emergency. It ended up being 3 weeks before we were able to pay him for it. He was very understanding. He did good work.

All of the estimates I received were roughly equivalent in price, although Warner was the only one who offered while I was on the phone with them to also include replacement gutter services in the quote. Estimate was completed within a few days of the initial call. After selecting Warner for the work, their office called me back with an 8/2 schedule date - the crew was right on time that morning and the entire job from start to finish was completed in one day. Other than some of the old roof moss that landed in the yard (living out here, it's inevitable I suppose), you wouldn't have known they were there since everything they had brought with them was cleaned up thoroughly. Roof looks great. Gutter work was subcontracted and was completed the following day on 8/3, and they also look great; the gutter crew only took about 90 minutes to replace all of the gutters and downspouts that Warner had removed the previous day. After entire project was completed, Warner called me back and arranged for their office manager to come visit me at my office to complete the transaction and go over the warranties in person. Very professionally done and we're very pleased with the outcome.

The job was done fantastically, very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased. The Owner, Mike Warner made us feel that we were being personally attended to with this job because he or his business office manager, Renna, met with us making up the estimate, picking the materials, scheduling the work, Mike was present during critical phases of the job and personally came out and made final inspection on the roof and made final touch ups IAW our joint assessment during final inspection. Mike made an adjustment on the final cost to reflect the extra shingles not needed due to his small calculation error made during in initial bid process. Very noteworthy is Mike's crews and his treatment of those crews. His safety measures were very obvious in use and crew breaks for lunch and rest resulted in very fast, efficient and safe working conditions. Crew was very polite and cleaned up everything as well as being careful by tarping any areas which could be harmed during the job. Crew work was well thought out and professional.
