We hired VLG Construction on 9/13/17 to re-do the balcony off our master bedroom after obtaining estimates from multiple contractors. Vlad makes choosing VLG Construction easy. Of the 4 contractors we met with, Vlad's professionalism, knowledge and work experience was unsurpassed. Vlad transformed our balcony into exactly what we wanted. Now it is safe, water tight and absolutely beautiful! VLG Construction did an amazing job at a very reasonable price and there were no attempts to up-sell or add unnecessary expenses to the job. Vlad provided an accurate estimate, and then stuck with that figure through project completion. The project was completed on time and exactly to our specifications. We will be hiring Vlad for all our future remodel projects.
Description of Work: Make 2nd story balcony structurally sound and waterproof.
