From the time of the quote until the job is complete, Versatile Bobcat does everything promised plus some. They're also good about giving referrals to other reputable businesses for other types of jobs.

It went great! The owner was very good at getting back to us in a day. We did constant communication to get a day for him to come out. Once he came out, the project was done in less than a week. His worker Zac was fantastic. He double checked everything we needed. Was very kind and courteous. The work was done fast and efficient, so we paid less then the bid given to us! Mitch was in touch with us throughout the project to fine tune arrival times and keep us informed. The original plan was to place crushed asphalt on the driveways, but when he went to pick it up he was not happy with the quality of asphalt available. After getting our go ahead he upgraded our job to a more costly crushed rock at no added cost to us. This is a professional who takes pride in his work and treats his customers with integrity. And wow is it fun to watch him make that bobcat dance! I will definitely use his services again!

The appointments were scheduled and Mitch arrived on time sometimes by himself and sometimes with a small crew. His attitude is upbeat and he obviously loves his work. He goes above and beyond what I've needed by using his experience to take what I say and convert it to what I mean. The result is the jobs have been better than I anticipated. The work area is left clean and orderly. He is professional in every respect. I highly recommend Versatile Bobcat Solutions.

Step 1 is complete and the ball is in my court now to get the landscaping part done. Then on to the tilling/leveling and hopefully paving as well. Mitch is very helpful in both giving me the product advice I need and in telling me the parts that he can get someone to help with and which parts I can do myself (to save money AND to help make sure I use the products that will do the job I need.) I look forward to completion :) I think the only thing I would do differently is to have hired a teenager to come mow my lawn first because hiring an operator to do that was a bit too pricey, and the machines used weren't able to really cut low enough on the grass to make it helpful for the killing off portion - definitely not the fault of Mitch or Versatile Bobcat though. It was out of his scope of duties and he was helping me as I requested, with ample warning given of the price. I was anxious to get it done, but I would have done differently had I been thinking more clearly. I've been thoroughly happy so far with Mitch's helpfulness and communication. Moving forward, I'll be more careful in making sure I think my decisions all the way through :)

Mitch was both punctual and professional. He was a really nice guy and was able to do everything I was hoping for. He also to a great job cleaning up after the job was completed.

It went perfect; he's faster than greased lightning; and can get in tight places like a magician. He's the best I've even seen on a Bob Cat.
