We think that he did an excellent. His responsiveness to take care of any problems has been excellent. We have had quite a few and he came back a number of times and the last time he came out and worked through the cold weather we had. The furnace wasn’t working and we called him up and he came out right away. They were really booked and he said that they could not make it till the next day, but he called 15 minutes later and said that there was a cancellation. The guy came out and found that there was a loose wire and he could have said that it was anything and charged me, but he did not. We would definitely use him for my furnace.

Using this company was a great experience . We would use this company again, because they were prompt, reliable, fairly priced, and skilled. We feel safer using our gas fireplace, and the flame is operating properly. I thought we needed a complete new unit, but the technician did maintenance that had been neglected by the former owner of the home.

They were the company that was picked by my contractor. We did have a few issues to work through but the guy kept coming back and addressing the issue and fixing it. They were very good about coming back again and again. The last time they came, it was very cold, and the guy came the same day. He saw that a wire had come off and he fixed it. I asked him to do a tune up on the furnace, and he said he did not have the time. However, he told me that he will come back for a tune up and I could pay him for that and did not charge me anything for the repair he did. I did not want to pick any new person and that is why I stuck to them. They did a very fine job. They also did some deck work. There has been no instance when they have not come out or not done what they said they are going to do. The only issue we had was with the amount of air return because of the large home. I think that is up to the construction guy. They put in air returns upstairs and did a nice job. I have had them come here many time, and they do not have any problem coming here and getting the job done. The quality of work they did is good.

They were very specialized about it and very informative. Their prices were also right.

I think I spent $1500 at that time. They installed the new heat pump. It works in conjunction with the furnace. They did a great job. They told me that as my furnace was brand new, it would be a pain to pull out the old furnace. They told me that they could install the heat pump so that the furnace works when it is really cold. They told me that it would be as good as air conditioning. They were really helpful and they explained things really well. They were very clear. I had shopped around and I think their price was good. I will use them again in the future.

An appointment was available about a week and a half after I called (which was fine; this wasn't urgent). The appt. was for a window of noon to 4pm. I received a reminder call the Friday before my Monday appt., and then the technician, Max, called before he arrived to be sure I was home. Max was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and informative. He quickly diagnosed my problem and the cost to fix it. The regular service was $139 and it was $95 for the new thermocouple (installed). He also figured out why the fireplace was sticking out a bit at the bottom (it had not been installed properly), and gave me advice about that. I was very happy with the service and will call them again next year for regular service.

When the tech found out that I did not have the manual for this fireplace, he found one (it was no longer available online), borrowed it from another customer, and had it copied by the office staff who arrranged for me to get it.

The price was more expensive than orginally thought. It took a few visits for them to fix the fireplace. We did have some communication/scheduling problems that made it drag on a bit. It was not there fault, just a miscommunication. They were still good even with the rough patches we ran into.

1) Roz gave detailed estimate with our options. 2) We selected his company, 3) Roz worked with gas company for line connection, 4) Roz continued to work with gas company when gas company delayed install by a month, 4) Roz got us the gas hot water heater we requested, 5) Installer removed old water heater and ran gas lines, 6) Installer installed water heater and kept working until 9:30 PM Friday evening - so we would have hot water on week-end, 7) Installer finished fireplace insert installation, 8) Roz checked and scheduled further work, 8) Job complete.

The contractor who actually did the work, did an excellent job of running both the gas line and servicing the A/C unit. The sales rep who gave us the estimate, spec'd the job at 1/2 line running 90,000 btus/hour. That is completely false - a 1/2 line that length (35 ft) will NOT produce that. It barely runs our stove, and now we will have to install a NEW line if we ever want to upgrade to a full gas stove. I am very displeased at the company b/c while the work was good, it will not perform as spec'd out. I will not use them again.

We purchased our heat pump from Tri-Tech in the Fall of 2004, and it was installed in our new manufactured home in Dec. 2004. From the on-set of dealing with the employees at Tri-Tech, we have had a wonderful working relationship with them. They are very considerate and professional. They get the job done when they say they will and always clean up after they have completed their work.
