+ -1 moreThey promised and did not deliver. I was not happy with what they've done. They cut a lot of corners and I've had nothing but problems with my lawn every since. It's died, weeds, the greenery they said they would plant were half way dead when they planted them and I've since then had to pull them out. I've been very unhappy with them and I would give them a -1,000 on a scale of 1-10. I finally just threw up my hands and walked away. He said it was because I was over watering, under watering, using the wrong fertilizer, the gas from the lawn mower and coming up with every reason to point a finger at me and I would not recommend them.
Description of Work: Tran's Landscaping & Nursery did routine maintenance of the lawn as well as planting greenery. They also replaced the lawn.

+ 0 moreTHE WORK WAS PERFORMED IN A TIMELY MATTER. THE EMPLOYEES OF TRAN'S WERE RESPECTFUL AND DILIGENT. I HAD A DIFFICULT TIME COMMUNICATING WITH EMPLOYEES, AS WELL AS MR. TRAN. I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED IT IF SOMEONE HAD LET ME KNOW THEY WERE FINISHED AND LEAVING AND THAT THEY WOULD RETURN A FEW DAYS LATER. I ALSO NEEDED A DEMONSTRATION AND EXPLANATION OF THE EQUIPMENT THEY INSTALLED.
Description of Work: INSTALLED UNDERGROUND SPRINKLER SYSTEM. FRAMED AND POURED A CONCRETE DECK, 15 FEET BY 20 FEET.
