Description of Work: I purchased a $99 deal for 3 Rooms of Carpet Cleaning, Spot Stain Treatment & Deodorized. The service went okay. I really needed them to do the basement and I think they could hardly reach that area. They did exactly what the deal stated and cleaned the carpets of the family and stairs.

Description of Work: They were professional and thorough with the cleaning. The only suggestion for the provider would be to make the customer aware that the carpet may bunch up after/during cleaning, only to flatten back out once dry. I had to google this after the fact, we were a little scared that the carpet was stretched and ruined.

I'm sorry this happen to you. I remembered when this happen the first time to me 16 years ago. I freaked out too. I called my friend who was a carpet installer to fix the carpet and by the next day the wrinkles were gone. This happens about 1 percent of the time. I usually catch it while I'm cleaning and when that happens I tell the customer. Your carpet must of wrinkle after I left. Please feel free to call me pretty much anytime with questions. I pick up the phone must of the time 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Please make sure it's a emergency if you call me after 10 at night. :) What causes this to happens is that I go over an area too many times and moisture hits the back. The good news is I never had a carpet not go back flat again.

Description of Work: The cleaners worked on an old and very stained dining room rug, that included puppy mishaps, food & drink spills, and dirt tracked in from outdoors. They could not guarantee that the stains would not come back, but so far the carpet looks great after 1 1/2 months. So, I am very pleased! The last time it was cleaned by someone else, the stains were back in a week.
