Top Notch Carpet Cleaning

Description of Work: He got us in and did a great job. This is our second time using Top Notch and can't see any reason to go with anyone else the next time we need our carpets cleaned.

Description of Work: Cleaned whole house as a move out service. It was a large home. We have used James a number of times in the past. He is honest, fair, fast, very hard working. I wouldn't use anyone else to clean my carpets. Give him a try he will be the only carpet cleaner you will ever use. Fantastic prices .

Description of Work: Carpet, in our new, empty house, really filthy after renters moved out. The owner, James Marsh, did incredibly well in getting out stains that I thought would be permanent. Carpet looks new now. He was able to tell that the carpet, in this 9 year old house, had all been replaced with good quality carpet in all rooms but the walk-in closet. This was good information to have. James was careful in protecting the walls, stair corners and hardwood floors. He cleaned 4 rooms and double stairs and got out all stains.

Description of Work: The owner and his son notified me by text they could come a little earlier than scheduled, and thoroughly cleaned the one room in my home that was carpeted. He discussed his treatment, the nature of the stains, and gave great effort. What made me rate him so well was he lowered his bid by $20 due to his unhappiness with being unable to remove all of the stains. Highly recommend him.
