James showed up on time. Did a great job. Very affordable for the amount of cleaning done. We will definitely use Top Notch again for our carpet cleaning needs.

Contacted the company & received response right away. Briefly told him number of rooms that I wanted cleaned & he quickly told me it would be $200 -- and maybe less. WOW! I had to ask again: Really? That is half of what I usually spend on carpet cleaning, so I was a little shocked. He arrived on time & took him about two hours to complete 5 rooms and stairs. Very thorough, professional, and my carpets look great! I will definitely hire this man again. Thank you!

The price was for four areas and two halls.

James gave me an estimate over the phone and set a date. He arrived on time and did a great job. The Berber carpet in my husbands study needed some extra care and it now looks almost as good as new.

James was very professional, friendly and remarkably quick. I asked him about cleaning other rugs but was told that those needed special treatment and he wasn't comfortable tackling them. I very much appreciated his honesty. Our wall to wall carpet upstairs hasn't looked this good in years, and his prices are more than fair. I paid much more and received much less from other carpet cleaners.

Mr. Marsh arrived five minutes early - what a treat!!!!! He got his equipment into my basement and cleaned away. I had marked places that I thought needed "extra help" and he assured me that wasn't necessary because he pretreated the entire carpet, not just special places. The work went speedily. Mr. Marsh is extremely pleasant and a great person to have in your home. He cleaned the carpet thoroughly and every stain/spot was removed, including some gum! I definitely will call him again - to clean some unholstered furniture next time. It is nice to have the owner of a company do the work and not have it subbed out. His rate was more than reasonable and there is no wonder that he has such a high rating on Angie's List. Conch fritters!

James is great. He was on-time for a 7:30 am appointment. He was friendly, polite and totally prepared to go straight to work. We told him about some stains compliments of an elderly cat. He stain treated the entire carpet, just in case. Midway through the job, the truck-mounted cleaning unit shut down because of a burnt-out solenoid. [Hey folks, it happens. Get over it!] He left immediately to get it repaired and returned in under 60 minutes. Out carpets magically became spotless. Furniture was carefully moved, returned to where it belonged and was properly elevated so the carpet could dry. James is the owner-operator of Top Notch, so he takes great pride in a job well done. His fee was fair and a very good value. He's now our official carpet cleaning guy. Call James March at Top Notch Cleaning Cleaning and he'll be your permanent carpet guy also!

I closed on the new home on a Friday. The movers were coming on Tuesday AM, and I wanted to get the carpet cleaned before the furniture was in, but still allow time for it to dry before moving in. That left Friday evening, since I didn't take possession until 5:00pm, or Saturday. James was very accommodating, he said that he would be happy to work late, or come over Saturday, since he didn't live too far away. Friday got away from me a little, so he was kind enough to work on Saturday. He had an appointment with his accountant, but he was coming after that. He was very good at calling me and letting me know about what time to expect him. Very polite and professional, I would recommend him highly. He did a great job, at what I thought was a very reasonable price, in spite of my situation.

He was on time, answered all the carpet cleaning questions we had about what he would do and how to take care of spot stains, and the carpet looked almost new when the job was complete.

James arrived exactly on time, and was very professional. He arrived in a nice, lettered van, wearing a company uniform, and immediately presented me with his business card and a magnet to keep on my fridge - nice touch! He toured the home with me and asked if there was any additional concerns before he got started. I let him do his work and he was efficient and productive. He was friendly but not overly chatty and did a fabulous job on the carpets. They looked great when he left and still great after they dried. They were just slightly damp when he left at approx. 3:30 p.m., but were completely dry by the next morning when we woke up. His price was very good, his service was excellent, and he was able to fit me in on very short notice. My calls to his company were promptly returned and I will definitely use him again in the future. Do yourself a favor and call James for your next carpet cleaning. I know I'll recommend him!

James has been cleaning our carpets for several years and never fails to do great job. He also came to our rescue on a weekend - we had spilled some paint on our light colored family room carpet. We called him to schedule an appointment the next day - he came right over (it was Sunday). We definitely recommend him!

James is awesome! He is the owner/operator and his work is Top Notch. No pushy sales. The last few companies I have used tried to up sell me on all these special "enzymes" and other things for a lot more money once they got in the door but not with James. He's truly an honest guy who won't pressure your wife when you're away or sell you something you don't need. He's fast and careful too! Thanks James!!

Owner/operator arrived on time and got to work. He performed the job in a timely manner, with a pleasant personality, and did a wonderful job. He exceeded our expectations and the price was great, too.

I was fascinated with how efficient he was, he came right on time, got right to it and did an outstanding job. I didn't even know my carpet was that dirty, when he was done it was whiter than I thought it was! I really like James personality. He is positive and very professional.

I was extremely pleased with the service and finished product. James was very pleasant and customer service oriented. He arrived promptly at 8am as arranged, and gave me the option to use a chemical treatment or "green treatment" which I had not expected. Since I have cats, I chose the "green" treatment. He completed the work in 90 minutes, and my carpet and chair looked nearly brand new again.

I am very pleased. Six months later my floors still look good- no tracking, no spots reappearing & carpet still looks brand new. This tells me that they used good products and that they didn't over use their cleaning products.

This was a Wednesday and I had an event on the following Sunday for which I needed the carpets cleaned. James was able to reschedule the job for that Friday, thereby meeting all my needs. He and his assistant took extra time in areas that needed it. James even removed some padding from a closet for me as my cat had destroyed it and, as he pointed out, no one actually walks in a closet. All in all, we couldn't be more pleased!
