Top Notch Carpet Cleaning

I called Top Notch and Immediately reached James. We set a date to have our rugs cleaned the following week. Jame came out the next week at our exact appointed time. James is very friendly and easy to talk to. We decided on what part of the house we wanted to have cleaned. James did exactly what we asked for and finished in a prompt amount of time. We had our rugs cleaned 3 years ago by another company and this time they look better than the time before. It is incredible the difference. James is very fair and hard working. We will use him again.

James is an incredibly nice person who did an excellent job on our dirty, light-colored carpets. They had never been cleaned before and now they look like new again. He also cleaned an area of our basement carpet on which a puppy had urinated. He worked VERY hard to remove the odor, and succeeded. James squeezed us in so the carpet would be clean before an open house (we had just put our house up for sale), even working late on a Friday night so he could help us out. I invited him back to clean other carpets the next week, he'd done such a good job. Highly recommended. Note: I put a question mark by the price, because my husband paid for it and I'm not sure what it came to. But it was reasonable.

The experience was excellent from beginning to end. Our carpet is older and had a few areas that needed extra attention. James was very friendly and professional. Everything that he said he could do/not do was right and honest. Because of a previous job he was running 15min. late and called ahead of time to let me know. Exactly 15min. later James was at my front door. I can think of nothing that he should have done in addition or differently. My carpets look wonderful!

James has been cleaning our carpets for several years and as usual did an outstanding job. He is very profession and through. We would never use anyone else even if were less money because there is cleaning and there is cleaning. James does the best job and you don't have to worry about him missing a spot or having something come back the next day. He always leaves everything spotless. You can never go wrong using Top Notch Carpet Cleaning he is the best.

The cost was even less expensive than expected. The work was done exactly as expected, no problems, no surprises. It's cleaner now than it's ever been.

I called to set an appointment. The best day for my schedule happened to fall not only on a Sunday, but a holiday. He said he would do the job then and didn't charge any more. He came on time and cleaned the carpet, explained to me about drying and when we could walk on it. He was efficient and the bill was what he quoted.

Service was excellent. Our carpet had quite a few stains and he did a great job. We had 3 very large bedrooms, staircase and hallway cleaned.

Went great! James was very quick to respond, even on his day off. I scheduled an appt for 2 weeks out (my preference, I think he would have been available sooner, he's very accommodating). Day of our appointment he showed up on time, explained to me what he thought he could do for me and went to work. A visiting guest had tracked big, muddy footprints on my almost white living room carpet over 2 years ago. I had attempted to emergency spot clean it and a previous carpet cleaner had cleaned it shortly thereafter but it came right back. James was not sure he could do better and warned me it could come back. I've waited 2 weeks to report in. No stains! The muddy footprints are finally gone and don't appear to be coming back. I am so pleased! Now I don't have to replace the carpet just yet. I would highly recommend James. He has a great customer service attitude and does a great job at a reasonable price.

I reached James right away and he was able to come do the job the very next day. He called to let me know he was ahead of sched. and if it worked for me he could arrive an hour before our preset time which worked well for me. He reviewed the area to be cleaned and offered to include a hallway and to clean a carpet runner at no extra cost. He went right to work and when done the carpet looked great. He even asked if I would like scented freshener applied at no cost....I declined as I am sesitive to them but was so greatful he asked first.James was delightful and did a fine job, I will call him for future cleaning.

Wow, is all I can say! He was able to come out within a couple days, he was on time and professional. My rental had 6 years with two large dogs and was extremely stained and dirty. The bid was for $110 to do a 700sf house but after the cleaning he was not happy with the results so only charged me half! The carpet was so extremely soiled with ground in dirt in the carpet and pad, he just couldn't get the dirt out. The carpet had to be replaced, but he was able to get out huge mounds of candle wax and disgusting stains, unfortunately, it was impossible to get out all the ground in dirt down thru the pad. The carpet looked great to me on the surface, he was nothing short of a miracle worker. I will use him again and again - and you should too!

We had a great experience, and will hire them again for our new house that we're moving to. James and his son thoroughly cleaned our carpets in hallway + 2 rooms. They arrived early and immediately got to work. Unlike some other companies, they did not require us (or charge us) to move large furniture (they did ask us to move smaller items off the carpet before they arrived). They were very thorough, and the carpets looked great when they were done. Our only regret was not getting them cleaned sooner (we won't make that mistake in our new house). They quoted $110 (per their Angie's List price), but only charged us $100 becuase he said it took him less time than expected. I'm not used to being so pleasantly surprised.

I needed our carpets cleaned for our rental house done asap so that the new renter could move in. James worked us into his schedule the next day and took the time to do a thorough job in each room. We have used this company several times before and have always been very please. James returned my call for an estimate in a timely manner. He schedules service on weekends, which is very helpful. He showed up right on time. He is professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and a very hard worker. He cleaned under The carpets looked fanstastic! He uses high power blowers in the areas you want dry first and those areas were dry before he left. The other areas dried quickly after he left. From beginning to end, this was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Top Notch Carpet Cleaning.

This is the second time I've used this company to clean my carpets. James was very easy to schedule with, was punctual, professional, and reasonable. My carpet turned out perfectly and I won't hesitate to call James again when my carpets need cleaning! The cost was below what I estimated and didn't take him long to do the job well. I would highly recommend Top Notch!

In addition to the above description, I would like to add another plus for James. He helped me with the last bit of vacuuming because the belt on my vacuum broke just minutes before he arrived, and I was unable to finish the vacuuming, as required before the shampoo was done. Again, we were excited to have a brilliantly clean and bright carpet once more! Thanks, James!

James arrived promplty, even a bit ahead of schedule. He helped us move a big chair and a couple of nightstands. Then proceeded to clean the carpets in his usual competent fashion. He left after about two hours.

Excellent. I needed to change the date and James was very accommodating and responsive to my calls. He was efficient and professional and left our house with clean and fresh smelling carpets.

Smooth as silk. Went great! He brings his own water, so you don't have to supply a hose spigot.

Pretreated badly stained carpet, eliminated most of the cigarette odor.

Had Jim come out & clean the carpets in my rental house. Jim was scheduled to be at my rental house at 9 AM & showed up right on time. He then cleaned the hallway carpet, a large number of stairs, a bedroom carpet & a area rug. The area rug had a very large dark stain in it, which Jim was able to get clean. I thought he did a great job for a very reasonable price. I would definitaley use his service again.

James is a wonderful, professional serviceman. This is the second time we have used him, and we will use him again. His price was excellent. He worked hard and was pleasant. Great Job!!

As always, James did a great job. He's gotta be the hardest worker in the industry!
