Top Notch Carpet Cleaning

James showed up promptly, explained what he was going to do and got started right a way. One of the rooms I doubted he was going to be able to get clean. The carpet had make-up and other types of stains so bad, I had already been to the carpet store to look for carpet. James got every single stain out of the carpet. I was shocked! His work was good and I trusted him to do exactly what he said he would do and he didnt try to upsell me a bunch of add on items ( like other carpet cleaners in the past). I would definately hire James again!

After getting our keys to our new house we were excited about getting all moved in until we discovered all of the cleaning that had to be done before our furniture was delivered. I was able to find James from Top Notch and not only was he able to find time that same day but he was very accommodating to my schedule and friendly in the process of getting the work done.

Jim showed up on time and cleaned three areas of our carpet, including the stairs. He removed all the stains to my satisfaction. He was very professional.

James did an outstanding job with our whole house. He was punctual, efficient and highly skilled. The carpets had not been cleaned in 3 years, and now they look brand new. We will continue to use Top Notch on a regular basis.

It was great. We used the Big Deal for all 8 areas of carpet, and it covered the entire house. He may have even done more than we thought he would. It was awesome. It was really nice. We did it right before we moved in. We thought we were going to have to replace some areas of carpet, and thought it was a lost cause. He came in and made it look much better, better than acceptable.

I have 2 dogs and as a result my light colored, now 15 year old carpet gets a lot of abuse. Top Notch Carpet Cleaning did an outstanding job leaving me with carpets that looked like new again. The owner James, was very responsive in scheduling an appointment, was on time, professional and got the job done quickly. I will be definitely be using Top Notch again.

Didn't happen. He did not want the job. As I was trying to talk to him he hung up.

This is the second time I have used this company and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The owner/operator answered the phone himself and I was able to schedule an appointment during that first call for just a few days out. Arrived promptly and got right to work. Very easy to talk to and there is no high-pressure sales. Just a good job, as expected.

Great job. Carpets were very soiled due to aging dog who had many accidents. Odor was removed and carpets and rug looked great. Very thorough and professional.

The work was performed in a timely manner. Return calls and appointments were punctual.

We were extremely pleased with Top Notch's services. They were on time and affordable. When I mentioned I wanted the nursery's carpet cleaned they offered me a special "green" cleaner. We used this on all three rooms. We were amazed at how well it worked. We will be calling them the next time we need carpets or upholstery cleaned!

One of the only carpet cleaners I talked with who would come out on a weekend day. He was prompt, did more than he was asked to do, and his prices were reasonable. I would definitely use him again

James scheduled me within about 24 hours of the time I called. He showed up promptly and did a beautiful job on my somewhat worn carpets, making them look like new. He was friendly and courteous, even around the busy holiday period. I recommend him highly.

OMG this company is amazing! I called them today, they came within an hour, and in another hour had my carpet cleaned and were gone. Friendly, courteous, and great customer service. Will definitely use them again!

When we called to make the arrangements, he spoke with me until all of my questions were answered. He assured me that if he didn't do a good job, he wouldn't charge for his work. The day of our service he was scheduled to arrive at 10:30, but when another customer had to cancel at the last minute, he called to see if we were interested in having him come sooner. He arrived promptly, protected our hardwood entry prior to bringing in their hoses and equipment, and was wonderfully efficient and professional. He had us inspect his work, and pointed out a couple of spots that were greatly improved but not gone (28 year old carpet). We were impressed! James knows his business, and is refreshingly honest.

James was fantastic! I called him to get advice about attempting to reclean vs having to replace a carpet with multiple cat urine stains in a newly vacant rental house. He suggested in order to determine the extent of the damage, going over the carpet, in the dark, with a black light to identify where the stains were and marking them with blue painters tape. I did this myself as he informed me it would save me a lot of money. After finding way more spots than anticipated, I called him back to discuss. Although it appeared it might be more than could be resolve with spot treatments, we scheduled a time for him to come over. He was prompt, courteous and professional. I asked him about an Angies list deal I had seen a couple weeks prior that I couldn't find on the site anymore. He wasn't sure why it wasn't there, but would still honor the same price. He mentioned it might take a while to sniff out all the spots I marked (about 30 per room) to ensure they were infact urine vs other stuff. So my 6 year old and I joined in sniffing spots and removing tape where pet treatment wasn't needed. It ended up being way fewer spots than it looked like. James suggested since the carpet was still in really good condition aside from a number of stains that I not replace it if I was going to allow renters with pets again. Saved a bunch of money, kept my son very entertained, and the carpet looks way better. Thanks James!

James was right on time, easy to work with --- scheduling was fast and easy! Very friendly and professional service --- we really appreciate the job James did for us!!! Would use him again anytime!

Super easy to make an appointment. James was even a little early. He cleaned up stains that I didn't think would come out, but sure enough he got them out. He's a dream of a professional: easy to make appointments, on time, does what he says he's going to do, he's neat and tidy and has a great smile. Others should take lessons from his skill and professionalism.

James had worked hard to clean my dirty carpet which was neglected with years of dirts accumulated from misuse of previous owner. I had to eventually replace the carpet, but he did nice job to clean them.

I called Jason and asked if he could come in just two days to clean our carpet. He had an opening. He did a fantastic job! Called me at work to tell me he was at our home to start the job. Called when he was finished. He left bottle of spot cleaner for us at no charge. Again, fantastic job!! Thank you, Jason :)
