Jim and his son arrived as scheduled and cleaned all carpets in residence prior to our moving in furniture. Had some very significant stains that they worked very hard to remove. Very professional and explained what they were doing while clearning and even went over several areas additional times to ensure carpet was a clean as possible.

Our carpets look way better than I expected. I bought the special 6 rooms for $198. What an amazing value and the carpets look cleaner than they have in years! James & his son were on time, courteous, worked efficiently & within the timeline James had given me on the phone. When I originally called James I had to leave a voicemail message. He was very prompt in returning my call and was extremely polite and courteous on the phone. When I called back to confirm my appointment a few days beforehand there had been a mixup on the time of our appointment but James was very accommodating and was able to schedule us for the same date. He arrived on time and was very pleasant. He did an extremely good job and was able to get a few stains out that I didn't think would be possible to remove. He brought new life to the carpet and my husband and I decided not to replace a few of the rooms he had cleaned because he did such a wonderful job removing the stains. Thanks James!

We had called James to confirm the number of rooms and total cost before he came out to do service. James quoted us over the phone 6 rooms at $168.00. Once he showed up to our new home he said that it would be another $25.00 to do the stairs. Overall he did a great job and we would use his services in the future.

James was on time, had a fantastic attitude, and did a superb job. I can't believe how great the carpets look. I will use his services in the future.

I may be off on the exact date of service, because I believe I've used service again more recently for similar price. James was very friendly, prompt, and professional, and also friendly with my dog, who followed him around a bit. I would definitely use this company again.

James is such a delight to work with. Very good about communication, verifying time of appointment, letting you know if he is running early or late for scheduled appointment. I had him clean the living room and dining room at my Dad's house. It had been years since it had been cleaned, so it was in pretty bad shape. James worked "miracles" getting the black ground in stains around my Dad's chair in the dining room and the path from the kitchen to the living room out! I figured the carpet was ruined but it looks brand new!! He also was able to get 99% of the coffee stains out in front of my Dad's chair in the living room. The carpet turned out much better than I ever thought was possible. Now I know we won't have to replace the carpet (for a while). James had done such beautiful work that I had him come back the following week to clean the upholstery on a sofa and 2 recliners. The sofa came out beautifully! It has a white background and was pretty soiled. James even took before and after pictures. My Dad's recliner, which needs to be reupholstered, is clean and refreshed. The other recliner, my husband and I had bought at an auction, now we know it is clean and looks brand new. I will definitely us Top Notch Carpet Cleaning at my home.

James was great. When I initially called he answered right away, was courteous, gave me and estimate and scheduled a service date. When James arrived on the scheduled date he was friendly, surveyed the couch I was having cleaned and got to work. Before he finished he had me look over the couch and did some touch up in a few areas. The job even came in under his original estimate.

My last carpet cleaning experience was not good and I was very hestitate of hiring someone this year. I did not go through Angie's List last year but I have had good luck with other services and would give it a shot. James exceeeded my expectations! He showed up on time, had his own water source and went above and beyond in his service. The carpets were exceptionally clean and dried quickly. When he left, he touched up the entry way rug! I will definitely use his services again and would recommend him to anyone.

Arrived on-time and was able to remove marker stains from two different locations.

Father and son team introduced themselves and came in to set up. Cleaned, treated stains and deodorized a 7 feet sofa. The stains were fairly deep and didn't know what they were. I called as he requested a few days later to report on the stains. They were less but still very visible. He made an appointment to return and retreat the stains. They did come out and I am very grateful that Top Notch was willing to stand behind their service and return.

I called Top Notch and they arrived on time and ready to work. James was personable and professional and did a great job. My carpets look amazing! He took out stains without any issue. I will definately call on Top Notch again.

I found Top Notch on Angie's List. James was able to give me a date of service soonest. He was prompt and arrived on time. He took the time to explain what he would be doing. I was pleased with his professionalism and care about the job. I have a five piece sectional with lots of cushions and pillows that two hairy dogs used to (not any more) sleep on. I didn't have time to pre-clean, James said 'not a problem' and it wasn't. Sectional looks almost new. As for the carpet and stairs, I never expected them to look that good. James even helped me move out the last piece of furniture, a queen bed frame. I will use Top Notch again and will recommend James to friends and family.

James has a great work ethic. He is conscientious and will do his best to accommodate your schedule. EXCELLENT every time!

James was prompt and did a great job on my carpets. I had a bad doggie stain and he got it out first try. He said he would come back and work with it but it came out okay. It was a tough one that I had not been able to get it out myself. I am very pleased with his work and will call him again when I need the carpets done.

James always provides excellent, reasonably priced services. He was at our house for about two hours. He didn't charge full price for the upstairs bedrooms, which are pretty small and full of furniture. Our house is always challenging because we have dogs who occasionally have urine accidents. James does as good a job as anyone possibly could at deodorizing. James is a pleasure to have in the house. We are all glad to see him (people & dogs). One thing that was even more enjoyable this time was the presence of James' likeable assistant, his son Nick. When James and Nick left, the carpet was well on its way to being dry. Full drying takes about 24 hours.

James was quick to respond with an estimate and to schedule an appointment. I appreciated his responsiveness and happy with the completed work. I'll definitely call him again and have him clean my couch too!

James was very thorough and got out all the stains. I want to particularly highlight how responsive James was to our request. We called him early this morning and asked if he could help us today. He immediately said yes and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very pleasant and did his work quickly but very well. I thought the price was very reasonable for the work he did. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again or recommend Top Notch to a neighbor.

Very polite, professional, he left some very light spots that showed through after the fact, I called back and he guaranteed his work so he will coming back. He was on time exactly.
