Amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are the only carpet cleaning service I will use! Always on time, friendly and courteous. They even moved my furniture for me while cleaning, and put pads under chair legs when they were done so that the carpets could dry. They really go the extra mile for their customers. Thank you for being awesome!

James Marsh and his son showed up on time and did a walk through and confirmed the work that we had discussed by phone and confirmed the pricing quoted of $129.00. I also had him look at a couch and loveseat and provide an estimate of $120.00. I thought the quote was reasonable considering their condition. James stated that he would clean the furniture and that if he was unable to get it clean he would stop and would not charge me. They both worked very hard to get our carpets and furniture as clean as possible and were in my opinion successful and exceeded my expectations. James paid attention to the areas that I had indicated were of concern and I felt that he really did his best to recheck and perform addition treatments and cleaning efforts where needed to meet my expectations.

Great - they were able to fit into my schedule and the carpet turned out great. I will continue to use this firm because they were able to remove stains that another company couldn't get out!

We've been using James for a few years now to have our basement and bedroom carpet cleaned every six or so months. He responds very quickly to email, is punctual (and sometimes early!) and is super friendly. He gets the job done quickly but thoroughly. Great value for the work performed and I appreciate that the house doesn't smell like artificial fragrance/chemicals when he's finished.

Arrived promptly, got right to work, and while we were waiting for the solution to do it's work James was nice to visit with. :) Carpets look great and I feel like it was cleaned 100%.

James, the owner, of the company maintained great communication. We had to re-schedule due to ice/snow storm. He was friendly, took a look at our carpet and gave feedback about what product options to use. We definitely had stains, and one we knew wouldn't come out [a wicker basket got wet and color leached into the carpet].and this stain didn't come out because of that reason. One has to be realistic, right? However, we were impressed with the general stains [coffee and others] that he was able to get out. Our carpet looks wonderful! He provided helpful hints as well. He was polite, efficient and timely and our carpet dried within the time frame he gave. We would definitely have him out again.

I am super pleased! My carpets came out beautiful, they look and smell wonderfully clean. Along with other rooms of carpets, I also have a living & dining room of light beige carpet which EVERYTHING shows on them, it's hard to stay on top of "spot cleaning". Being a gardener and animal owner, I am guilty of walking with my garden shoes on my carpets, plus my 2 cats that are always shedding....all this makes for dirty carpets. Well, Jim and Nick made my carpets smell so good again. YES!! This company is easy to work with and they care about doing a good job for the customer. I plan to use them every year from this point forward, because I am ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER...thank you Jim and Nick!!

He scheduled us in quickly, was punctual, and did a very thorough job. He removed some dark stains that we had previously thoguht could not be removed. We will definitely call him again when we need our carpet cleaned!

These guys did a FANTASTIC job! I have special needs dogs who frequently have accidents or get sick in the house. I am amazed at how fast these guys got the job done and how much of the staining they got out. Job well done! I will definitely call them again.

Exceedingly well. James and his Son arrived on time and completed the job sooner then expected. They were both detail oriented and spent more time on areas requiring supplemental attention. Additionally, we noticed two areas wherein some staining reappeared. We contacted James and he was more then happy to come out and do the touch-ups at no additional cost. Highly recommend! Will most definitely use them again in the future.

James was great! Good communication, worked carefully and thoroughly, fair price. I kind of hope we rip the carpet he cleaned out before we need another round because it's hideous, but if we don't, I'd happily call him again.

They did an excellent job of cleaning and moving some of our heavy furniture for a complete cleaning.

James arrived with his colleague right on time. They did an excellent job and the price was phenomenal. We had just purchased this home and hadn't moved in yet. The seller had a cat and there was a definite odor because of this. The cleaning removed the odor and looked amazing.

We've used James probably about 5 or 6 times to clean our light colored carpet in a heavy traffic area. He has always been punctual and fair priced and the carpets look great afterwards. I think he's always got it all done in under an hour too. Our house is about 1300 sq ft and about 1000 sq ft of that is carpet.

This is the second time I have used James for carpet cleaning and I'm once again, VERY happy with the results. James is the owner and operator of his company. He schedules his own appointments and regarding punctuality to your appointment? Plan for him to be EARLY!!! That's the way he works. He's very busy, but he's very much worth the futurre booking you need to do to insure his services. Very professional, personable and worth the money, he was in and out of my home in an hour. Best of all, the carpet (4 years old), looks and feels like new again. I'd highly recommend Top Notch Carpet Cleaning to anyone who needs that kind of service. I'll be calling him again in the future.
