It was very good. They did exactly what they said they would do and we were satisfied with them. They were very reliable.

James' work came out absolutely beautifully (including the dog accident, which is now completely gone!). Our carpeting is over 15 years old, but now it looks like new. No wonder James has all A+ reviews on Angie's List. In addition to his excellent carpet cleaning skills, he was prompt, friendly, professional, kept us posted on his exact arrival time... I couldn't ask for anyone better!

tI do not write reviews much. But I was so impressed with this company and will definitely use them again. James and his helper went above and beyond my expectations. Our carpet was embarassingly dirty- let's just say when my mom came to visit she thought the carpet was brand new after they cleaned it. I plan to use them every 6 to 9 months to keep things healthy and fresh and get some more years out of my carpet before investing in wood floors.

Great! The cleaning was done in the afternoon and the bedroom was dry that evening. All the other plush carpets were dry by the next morning. We had several stains that all came out and the very soiled stairs look great! He used a lot of deodorizer . The only question I ask myself is " why didn't I do this sooner?". We were also given some shoe covers to help keep the carpet clean and enabled us to walk on the wet carpet if necessary. Very professional, punctual and courteous. I'd definitely use them again.

They did a great job and I didn't mean to think that some of those would come out and they did. They came exactly on time. They were friendly and efficient. They just came in and did their job and left and did a great job.

The owner scheduled the visit and was very pleasant and professional. They showed up right on time and did a very nice job on the carpets. He got the high traffic areas and stairs clean, which I had not been able to do with a rental machine. The price was good and he did not charge extra for stain pre-treatment.

The day of service, they called and asked if they could come early as there had been a cancellation. I was happy to get things going earlier so I said yes. They then came and got to work. They were able to get some serious stains out of my carpet that I thought would never have come out, some of which had survived previous carpet cleaners. I thought they did an excellent job and in a fairly short period of time considering all the rooms involved. I was more than pleased with the work and with the price. I will definitely use them again.

James is the best! He and his son met me at my unit at 7:00 am because that was the only time I was available before I left on vacation, and as always did an amazing (and quick!) job.

I talked with James and scheduled the carpet cleaning about 2 weeks in advance. A few days before, I had to change the day. James accommodated my schedule with no problems at all. I actually never met James because someone else let him in so his work speaks for him. I was very happy with the job that he did. When I walked in the house the next day, the carpet looked nearly brand new. I will use Top Notch Carpet Cleaning next time I need the carpets done. Thanks James!

Our carpets were cleaned in about 45 minutes. Although they were late (through no fault of theirs), they let us know about the delay and arrived soon after the expected time.

Great. I was sure it would never come clean again. Still a little coffee stain but he left spot cleaner for me to try. I know coffee is one of the hardest stains to come out and it still looks better than it did before. Very professional. Would recommend him to any one. Can't beat the price. He was in and out in about 1 hour.

Everything looked brand new! He was extremely flexible which really helped since my schedule kept changing due to last minute mortgage signing issues. I highly recommend this company.

We called them and they immediately returned our call and made an appointment. We feel they are trustworthy as well as a nice company to deal with. We left them a key and when we checked later, they were all done and it looked so nice. We would use them again.

The owner and his son were very friendly and did an amazing job on our ten year old carpet. They got rid of stains that we thought were hopeless and didn't charge any extra to pre-treat them. The carpet felt soft and fresh when they left. It wasn't sticky or smelly, so they definitely didn't leave any residue. Just yesterday, a friend remarked that our carpet (10 years old) looks better than her two year old carpet. Kind of cool!

The carpets weren't in bad shape prior to this cleaning, but they look SO much better! The service provider was on time, clean and professional from start to finish. I absolutely would recommend them and will use them again.

James responded right away re:our inquiry to clean carpets in a vacant home. He arrived at stated time. James was very polite, friendly, and professional. Spent about 90 minutes cleaning the rooms. They looked fantastic! We had some tough stains we weren't sure would come out, and James worked his magic.

We've hired James several times over the years and he has always done an excellent job. One year, we bought a groupon with another company - that was a mistake that has never been repeated since! James is punctual, thorough, knowledgeable, takes extra care in his work and is just a nice guy to be around. We will hire him forever.

We added on a piece of furniture and paid an extra $50.

James did a great job cleaning the carpets at our new house, prior to move-in. The previous owner had not taken very good care of the place, and had cats. James was able to get out stains and smells that we were sure were permanent. Due to how deep some of the pet stains were, we will still need to replace the carpet at some point, but we now have some time to save up for new flooring, rather than having to replace it immediately like we had thought! Conclusion: James (and his helper) were on time, friendly, professional, and did a great job.

OMG, James is awesome. I am a real estate broker and hired him to clean carpets at my listing that is about to go on the market. He did EVERYTHING right: prompt communications, punctuality, respect for my client and her home, and miraculously got out so many old stains from 12-year-old off-white carpet. Very knowledgeable about his work, and one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, to boot. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

James set up an appointment and was here on time with his son. Cleaned carpets down in the basement and upstairs. The carpets looked great after he had completed his cleaning. There were stains upstairs that have completely been removed as well as down in the basement. Very professional and would recommend his service to any one needing carpet cleaning.
