James showed up on time and got to work immediately! He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working! We had a sick cat that soiled our carpets with bloody urine for quite some time - James deoderized the carpets and removed the stains. We couldn't believe how clean our carpets were when he was done - they look brand new! We had a great experience, will call James in the future, and would definitely recommend his service!!

Returned my call immediately. Got appointment right away. In time for Thanksgiving. Did a great job on pet stains. Friendly, customer service oriented.

James is an owner/operator. We talked about my project (my 1st w/Top Notch) the same day I called. James showed up on time and was very professional right from the beginning intro and handshake. I walked him through the areas needing cleaning and James reiterated what he thought I wanted to accomplish. James is a great listener and did exactly as I requested. Not only did he listen; he engaged into his project and final cleaning was excellent, including the 2 stains I needed to be taken care of. James was in and out and on his way. They cleaned carpets in the whole house. I have used this service twice and I will use them again in the future!

I chose this provider but had to cancel at the last minute because her premie baby was being releases from the hospital. James sold me just by talking with him on the phone. He has a positive attitude and a very friendly voice. I found him to be an honest businessman and he gave me a very fair quote. She will be calling him back today to reschedule. We will happily give a report one the work has been completed. Just in talking with him by phone made me feel confident that he will do a good job.

I bought the coupon special and was contacted the same day (a Sunday, no less!) to schedule. Due to how busy he was, I was about a week and half out. The carpet of this rental was filthy and gross. Even though the carpet is less than 6 months old, you would never have guessed by looking at it. They came and cleaned it and it looks 1000x better. It will need to be replaced when the tenant moves out, but at least it looks half-way decent. Thanks guys for doing such a great job!!!

He was punctual, introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He got right to work. His son was helping him that day so he was able to work faster. He was not put off that I was still in the process of moving furniture out of the bedrooms and picking up when he arrived. I've had the opposite experience working w/ other carpet cleaning services. I was pleasantly surpised by the results of his good work. I've already recommended him to my sister-in-law.

The service came out pretty good. They're pretty courteous and they came and did the job. Everything turned out good.

The service provider actually owns the company, so he is really motivated to give you a good service. Though it is a little on the pricey side, you get your money's worth. Definitely recommended for big houses needing a good carpet makeover. He arrived on time and straight away got to work. The service includes hot steam carpeting. The motor for generating the steam is diesel powered and is quite noisy and annoying. So definitely try to schedule it during office hours when not many neighbours are around. Our carpets werent that dirty to begin with, but we could still see a marked improvement after he was done. I would say this is an overkill for something like an apartment move out clean, but for your own house, would recommend it.

James was great at reconfirming our appointment the day ahead of time. He accommodated our schedule as best he could and that was very helpful. He was timely, friendly, professional, and seemed to really know his business. We will use him again if the need arises.

It went very well. The carpets looked great and everything smelled fresh. We discussed his price for doing my stairs and master bed and bath upstairs on next visit. He offered me a very reasonable price. Will be scheduling his second visit soon.

Called James on a Thursday and he fit us in Monday evening. He was punctual and completed the job in an hour.

Starting upstairs we reviewed service, targeted problem areas and confirmed agreed price. Took approximately three hours of thorough professional cleaning. He explained drying time and recommended leaving fans on Seemed very clean and deodorized. Unfortunately our dog re-soiled one area shortly after. Dog-On-It! We're pretty sure he didn't like it so clean... Would highly recommend James Marsh and Top Notch Cleaning to Others....

He did an excellent job cleaning and especially in removing a stain that appeared permanent.

James was great -- very professional, punctual and considerate of our recently refinished hardwood floors on the main floor. He was extremely punctual (a little early which was delightful!) and his estimated time was perfectly accurate. I won't look for another carpet cleaning provider again. James is my solid choice and I've already referred his name to my son and daughter-in-law.

The service was timely and satisfactory. We had lots of dog pee, and he cleaned it up effectively.
