Top Notch Carpet Cleaning

Did a good job with cleaning but I have permanent imprints where the furniture legs sat. I didn't leave the furniture in one place for days so I'm not sure why that happen.

I have used Top Notch several times and have even recommended them to realtors in my neighborhood. James Marsh does a fantastic job. He is on time. The price is as quoted. He even did an area rug in my TV room without charging me extra for it. He was on-time; explained everything to me; took his time; and left my house spotless. First class job and guy.

1. Refused to remove heavy dirt from wall-to wall carpet in family room. We got rug spot soil remover from grocery store and removed deep soil ourselves. 2. Left streak pattern on familyroom carpet. Had to insist that he return and reshampoo carpet and remove multiple streak lines which he did the next day.

This was the 3rd carpet cleaning service that we've hired in the last 3 years, and Top Notch is the only cleaning service that I would hire again. The carpets dried in only a few hours as promised, and were very clean without any residue. Best carpet cleaning experience yet!

Top Notch seemed to do a good job. Arrived a few minutes late, stating he tried to call but had some incorrect contact information. He got right to work. He did seem to know about carpets and explained what to expect. These are older carpets and it looked great when he was finished. We have a couple of rentals, and would use again.

They were great and very fast. They came over and we didn’t stay, we left but they were finished within half an hour to 45 minutes and the carpets were cleaned. The people who own the home before we bought our home had a dog and my husband says he can still smell the dog’s smell. We paid extra for the pet neutralizing stuff. The carpet was clean and it looks nice. We just decided we were happy enough with it. I wouldn’t say it was bad but it wasn’t extraordinary either. Their price was good. I was pleased with the price but I would like to have the quality to be there also. Their responsiveness was good. They were really quick and very good at customer service. I didn’t have any problems with that. He was there on time. He was professional.

We were trying to get rid of the smell of dog from previous owners. This particular service wasn't really of any use to me.
