Excellent work. With an initial free estimate, we agreed on a price for the work done - I'm not quite sure if it was charged for the amount of work, or for the time, but it was reasonable and I had them come back for the work. They arrived when they said they would, I think it was about 5 guys. Didn't hear any work for a while (I was working in my house at the time), so I was wondering what they were doing and hoping they weren't just burning through some time. That was certainly not the case - they were just planning on what was coming next, because over the next several minutes, trees were falling and everything was being cut up and chipped, leaving my yard as it was before they arrived. One of the trees was leaning and was particularly close to the house - at first, they thought they'd need to bring it down in pieces (and thus, a lot more time), but they took it down with expert precision. The entire amount of work agreed on could have been done 2 or 2 1/2 hours ahead of time, but I asked if they could do 2 more trees since I figured they'd be there a "half day." (Again, not sure if I paid for the half-day, or the amount of work involved.) They agreed to do the 2 extra trees at no additional cost. And these two were surrounded by blackberry bushes... within a few minutes, they were down and cleaned up. All in all, these guys are fast, keep to their word, and if things go faster than their original estimate, they had no problem getting some extra work in. (Keep in mind that they were significantly faster than originally planned - it wasn't just an extra 15-30 minutes.) And I got 2 load loads of wood chips - from my own trees - for the garden. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again.

These guys are horrible. They were not at all professional. I called them and they denied it. They didn’t offer to come and fix it or anything. Unless they’ve improved or are under new management, I would not recommend them to anyone.
