The person that showed up to do the initial inspection and price quote was late. The cleaners were consistently late, and in one case did not show up at all. The house was cleaned to a moderately reasonable standard, but it was not thorough.
Description of Work: They cleaned the inside of the house weekly for a couple months at $65/week.

IN ORDER TO GIVE ALL OF OUR CLIENTS A JOB WELL DONE WE ALWAYS ARRANGE A WINDOW OF TIME WITH EACH CLIENT. THIS WAY IF WE RUN INTO TRAFFIC OR THE CLIENT BEFORE THEM TAKES A BIT LONGER OUR CLIENTS ARE AWARE THAT WE WILL ARRIVE WITHIN A 2 HR WINDOW. IN THE END SHE DECIDED THAT SHE NEEDED TO LET US GO BECAUSE SHE FOUND A SCUFF MARK ON HER VACUUM. CUSTOMER SERVICES IS ALWAYS OUR NUMBER ONE GOAL THOUGH WITH A FEW CLIENTS IT JUST SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE TO DO.

Met with Domestic Divas and arranged for a one-time cleaning and then ongoing weekly cleaning. They left several things worse then they started...including some stains from their cleaning buckets on our hardwood floor, and some type of slippery oil spots on our hardwood floor. They did not show up for the next cleaning appontment and called 3 hours after to tell me that the new person had a family emergency (the person originally assigned was ''no longer with us''). After much discussion, they offered a free cleaning to correct the original problems which was supposed to happen on Friday. She was supposed to call to confirm the time. I have still not heard from her and have been unable to reach her by phone.
Description of Work: Although we wanted both a one-time cleaning and ongoing weekly cleanings, they only showed up for the one time cleaning. They did an okay job, but placed their cleaning supply buckets on our hardwood floors and left marks on the floor. Also, they must have spilled or sprayed some type of oil on parts of our floor because there are slippery patches on the floor. The cleaning was inconsistent at best. They cleaned some of our canister lights, but others still have cobwebs. They left streaks on our appliances and a layer of white film on our stove top. We decided to let them try again...and then they did not show up. The owner (Kathie) said she was sorry things had gotten off to a rough start and offered a free cleaning to correct the first problems and get things back on track. She never called back to confirm the time for last week, and I have been unable to reach her.
